Awlass! Yum! I've been wanting to make some Chinese chicken wraps, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Glad to see you back here!

I've been just a *little* bit lazy about posting pictures I've made Italian wedding soup, and chipotle shrimp skewers, I'll get to it soon!

Agua- you gotta post the Italian Wedding soup I love that!

I made something similar to your pesto wraps, this was chicken with a thick slice of prosciutto and pesto, topped with provolone/parm/regg mix, and a splash of balsamic reduced down with a little splenda notice my bad frying pan pic but I wanted to remember to take a pic since I got the idea from your pesto chicken!

Yum! That looks really good! I think the prosciutto probably goes really well with the pesto chicken. The food looks delicious and the picture is great!
Thanks for posting

I'll try to put the picture and recipe for the soup tomorrow

Tonight: Big ol' fat ribs.

Rubbed with the lowest carb rub we could find, wrapped in foil, baked for 1-1.5 hours, then brushed with the lowest carb BBQ sauce we could find and grilled to get that sauce charred on.

I also made a batch of Linda's Unpotato Salad (like my favorite thing everrrrrrrr) to go along side.

I am licking those ribs through my screen, you peeps and your good pics!

Awlass- hi hun hope you are doing well!!!!

Man all this yummy stuff I love trying all the great ideas you come up with!

I am done trying the FF and all the other stuff, I think all the exercise is messing with my weight loss I am back to my reg 20 carbs, the gym 6 days a week and whatever comes off comes off, slow and steady wins the race, I cant make this come off any faster, so might as well accept it and move on!

Amber

It comes off fast when I want it to come off fast. There have been quite a few months where I maintain, then I'll go hardcore and lose a bunch, then maintain, etc...

If I would have been in weight loss mode I would have probably been at goal or close to goal by now, but the way I see it, this should be enjoyable and it's for life, so I'm not in a race.

Some days I do meat/egg, some days I do low calorie (still under 10g carbs), some days I do induction, just depends on how I feel. I very rarely go over 10-15g total carbs (I don't do net) when I'm in hardcore weight loss mode, most of the time it's under 10g.

Way to go you as well! That's an amazing loss.
