Im loving them more and more as i get familiar with them. Tonight i pan dried them very very well until they were popping then i added about 1.5 tbs of butter, a few tbsp of parmesan cheese, and just a teeeeny bit of 3 cheese blend cheddar, melted the cheese and ooomg. It was delicious i could eat it every night. Preparing the noodles this way made them taste al dente and sooo good.

HELP!!
I'm making Linda's meatloaf tonight - can anyone tell me if it's a cup + 4 oz of parmesan? The way the recipe from that link reads sorta confused me.....lol. Doesn't take much!! I'm going to be using 1/2 pork rinds, 1/2 parmesan cheese, in fact. |

I think I proposed to Agua in October, LOL Doesnt it feel good to be loved by so many? LOL
I am getting married in Oct in Valley of Fire State Park outside of Vegas, we are excited we are into rocks and geology and jewerly making so we wanted it someplace to incorporate that, reception is at a Moroccan Restaurant, 6 courses starting with rose water hand washing and belly dancers, it will be a blast, our kids are both 10 and they are so excited to go to Vegas, I am trying like mad to get to 180 by then! Now seriously that soup looks so good, going to find recipe

Looking for directions to cook a beef brisket on the Ronco Showtime rotisserie. Has anyone tried this yet?
I did a search, using a couple of different search engines, and even the ones claiming to give rotisserie recipes ended up telling you to sear the meat and then cover with water! That's not brisket on a rotisserie... We do have crock pots and we do have a big white electric roaster. Of course we could do it in the oven, but dh wants to use the rotisserie. Company is coming Saturday, so I need answers quickly please! Thanks so much. |

No problem we are so excited about it!
Here is the rundown: Our service begins with washing each diner's hands with lightly scented rose water. It successfully sets the stage for the extravagant six-course meal offered by Marrakech. Silverware is available upon request, but customers are encouraged to eat with their fingers in the traditional Moroccan way. Enjoy our famous six course feast that begins with tender Moroccan style shrimp scampi (acknowledged by many locals as the best in Las Vegas) followed by Harrira Soup, consisting of lentil, lemon, and spices. Next is our Marrakech sampler, with hummus & Eggplant dips with Moroccan olives, beets and cucumbers. Then it's on to the delicious marinated beef Kebobs. Our main entrée is the royal Couscous and chicken platter, with chicken & vegetables. Finally, to cap it off for dessert is B'Stilla, our version of the Moroccan favorite served with hot mint tea. Marrakech Moroccan Restaurant We visited there in Jan when we were in Vegas arranging the wedding and said this place is so cool, lets have the reception here, LOL I like to have fun and this is totally me! The dessert thing was so good, I have no clue how to describe it other than like warm phyllo wit powdered sugar and nuts and some apples, but not dense like Baklava, if you know what I mean? We are having the wedding cake delivered there, but I said their dessert is the best part of the meal, so maybe we do like a cupcake cake and have boxes for people to take them back to their room! The chicken, the main course is not my fav, I am actually waiting to hear back from them, I would rather do more meat kabobs, they were so good and the shrimp scampi, yummy! I wont mention the fresh baked sesame bread, LOL Agua you can do it!!!! Are you exercising? I was a confirmed couch potato never going out of my way to break a sweat, I lost almost 30 pounds since Jan and going to the gym 6 days a week, it is a hard habit to get into, but once you do the results are so immediate, I could only do like 2 minutes on the elliptical now I can go an hour, and the muscle tone, it really works quickly! Never ever thought I would be writing that I enjoy the gym, LOL I am routing for ya I know you can do it!!!!! Amber |

I need a guinea pig... I have this old carb-alicious recipe that I wanna make low carb.. But up here in Alaska produce prices are outrageous, so testing recipes doesnt happen too often for me..
Anyways, here's the Idea... Traditionally made with bite sized baby potatoes, but radishes have the same texture as potatoes once cooked.. 1 bunch of radishes (per person for a side dish, or per 2 people for appetizers) Salted boiling water olive oil spices Boil the radishes until tender Place on greased baking pan and lightly smash with a fork (you dont want it to be mashed potato consistency, just broken open and jagged. cutting in half first might make this easier.) Drizzle with olive oil and season to your liking. (I usually use dill, garlic, seasoning salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, parmesan) Bake at 350 until roasted. If radishes work, it should be crispy but soft inside... I cant find a photo of the original recipe.. But I remember making these every year with my grandparents.. I hope the radishes work!

Ok, I couldn't wait, so I just made the radish poppers anyways...
They deffinetly dont get as crunchy as the potato ones do, but maybe I just didnt leave them in the oven long enough... Im super impatient! ![]() |
