Thanks!!!! I love love love this thread and have been very excited to finally figure out a way to contribute. I really enjoy your blog, btw! You have some of the greatest ideas! I'm a marginal cook, but I love to eat and I love having fun with low carb.

The plate is one of my favorites - bought them last year at Target during Valentine's.

I made mine with the 3 eggs and 3 cups of mozzarella, but added some shredded parmesan and this tuscan seasoning we buy from spices and teas (so good!). I baked it on one side for 20 and then flipped it for 10 more to make it even crispier. The edges burn, but no big. If you use parchment, it is easy to flip. Then:

lc pizza sauce (I used Targets Archer Farms brand)
turkey pepperoni (less greasy than regular)
canadian bacon
slices of provolone cheese
black olives

The other side was an artichoke parmesan dip from the grocery store (mayo, parmesan, artichokes, garlic) and then parmesan and black olives.

Broil, and done! I could barely eat two slices - it was so fillling.

I made the 8 inch one with one egg, one cup-ish of cheese and seasoning. Baked it on one side at 350 for 15 minutes and the other side for 10 minutes. I liked this one even better.

Mine stuck to the foil too but I had help from a friend flipping it. He seemed to have more patience than I did that night. I am going to try the parchment paper next time too!

I love French oinoin soup! Aqua yours really looks so yummie!

The pizza looks so good. I am going to try it again. Mine did not look so good, was soggy and it stuck to the wax paper.
