How do you rice cauliflower? I have a ricer and when I tried it nothing really riced, it just mashed up (very nicely). Do you have to cook it almost to mush status?

I'd love love love to try some of the "rice" dishes...
Hi!

I make my cauli rice using fresh cauliflower and pulsing it in my Ninja (food processor) until it turns into rice, just a few seconds does it for me. Then I steam it in the microwave and it comes out perfect! Here a link to a recipe and instructions for my perfect steamed cauli rice. I personally prefer the taste and texture of fresh cauliflower but its up to you if you'd like to use frozen. Hope this helps!

Notes: I used coconut flour for the pork chop "breading" but please use pork rinds for Induction. The important part of this is the sauce. Yummy!

I fry up some sausage crumbles, then add the eggs and HWC in a non stick pan. Scramble. Then, quickly add some Salsa and shredded Mex cheese or cheddar. Stir...And...there U have it. Really easy.

THEN, I put the 'lid' back onto it, refridge overnight, the just add coffee to the rest in the a.m. for a creamy mocha latte (fill with coffee, put the 'lid' back on and shake and it is done)
Do you think this would work in something besides a magic bullet? I have a regular blender, stick blender and a Ninja

Thanks agua ok I put the pork belly in boiling water until cooked thru then fried them in veg. oil until crispy and just add salt and lemon when they are done but the thing with those is that the oil is going to splash everywhere so please be careful when doing them.
