^ Aren't the oopsies great?! I actually came to ask Cleo a question about them. How long after baking can you eat them? I made some about an hour ago and I'm wondering if overnight sitting is mandatory.
I also came to praise the poster that made the jicama fries. I'm absolutely in love! |

I'm confused
I am an Atkin's-er from long ago renewing this WOE. I am delighted with what I see here but at the same time I am confused. I ahve seen several comments regarding things that are not Induciton Friendly that confuse me.
I jsut saw a comment that chocolate almond milk is not inducation friendly and I have seen comments that nuts and nut flours are not. Is that true of Atkin's bake mix and soy or soya flour? The Dr. Atkins books I have say you can have macadamia nuts on induction so I assumed ground nuts (nut flours) would be OK. There have been several posts that mention rungs and what can be aded to your diet at each of these rungs. Is the information in the Atkins books no longer the standard or has it been revised and I am just behind the times? |

The New Atkins for a New You now allows almond milk on induction. Atkins bake mix, if it contains soy and nuts, is defs not acceptable for induction.

tried the minute muffin for the first time... HEAVEN!!
Gonna make a grilled cheese using a flat minute muffin (cook it in a round tupperware instead of a mug) hopefully I'll find my camera before I get hungry again.. How in the hell did I lose it?? It doesnt leave my house, my house is seriously tiny, and I just used it to take pics of the babies in the bedroom last night... Where did it goooooo??? ![]() ![]() ![]() If you were a camera, where'd you be??

Is this the Flax meal, egg & butter? If so use a sandwich keeper ( container that you would use for kids lunch box) to make it into bread & makes a great shape for 1/2 sandwich. If not what you are using please share. Would love any minute recipe. Thanks |
