yeah, moose is VERY lean! I used to make burger from it, but in order for it to stay together, you have to add fat to it.. We used to use pork fat, but since I dont eat pork anymore, no more burger for me.. Beef fat makes it taste even more gamey, and im not sure if chicken fat would cut it..

The only downside to moose, is that its more difficult to digest, and most people get the WORST gas from it! The taste makes it all worth it though! The only meat better than moose is lamb!

Yeah fun fun.. Im out of town so my 11 month old son can be stabbed in the back and arms a combined 50+ times, and have smelly foods taped to his back, to test him for allergies.. My daughter is with my cousin and my husband is home alone..

Oh, and have I mentioned that since last wednesday, Ive gained 8 LBS?!?!?!
