The salmon on the cucumber rounds looks yummy. That is totally something I would eat.
Reeces pb cups are my FAVORITE chocolate but they are not induction friendly. They would come further in the rungs. I've never had a scotch egg but have always been curious to try one. I think that I might like it, especially with spicy mustard. Mmmm |

This is my 2nd day back on low carb... I feel like I have a bad hangover!! Dizzy, headache, tired... I hope it passes soon... I went from 300+ carbs to less than 20, and 2500+ calories to about 1400... Crazy.. But Im still holding out strong!
The scotch eggs are by far my favorite preparation of eggs. The sausage flavor hides the sulfery flavor of the eggs, and lets me get them down. I had a very hard time finishing my deviled eggs yesterday, not because I was full, but because it was too eggy.. The scotch eggs went down without a fight and left me looking for more lol... Thats why I only make 2 at a time! Mine are made with Turkey burger, since I dont eat pork. Salmon dip: 3 oz canned salmon (smoked would be best) 2 oz cream cheese, dill (i used seeds, but fresh would be best) cayenne and seasoning salt to taste. the cheese is optional, and didn't really add any flavor it it, but Im still figuring things out.. I put on half a cucumber. Whole batch is 344 calories, 6 carbs, 5 net carbs, 24g fat, 27g protein.

I'm watching too, awlass are those babies twins? You have your hands full with 2 little ones! I read some of your blog, stick with it you can do it! Those babies need their mama! I agree the scotch eggs are delicious, I just get sick of eggs, I have to be in the mood for them.

chicken boob, I love it! WOW that bok choy looks good, I have white balsamic that I always splash on cabbage, I love all cabbage sauteed and hit with vinegar! Sometimes I add a drop of the liquid splenda if I want it a little sweet and sour. I lost 6 pounds this week I am in shock, 35.5 in 10 weeks, sticking to the plan works! You can do this!

The chicken is 4 net carbs per piece... they shrink pretty bad though... I got it at walmart, since walmart and sam's club are both owned by the same company

So strange... That says 7 carbs 3 sugars, but the box I just bought said 4 carbs 0 sugar... And 37 protein, not 34.. My box even lists different ingredients! I guess this goes to show that you must ALWAYS read the info, even if you bought it before!
