I did a couple this weekend. First, I had to try the Cali pizza crust. It was fantastic. I used it with the spinach/ricotta and did a roll up. It was great. That crust is amazing. Also had that for lunch Saturday. Sat night, I made the diet coke braised short ribs (or in my case, boneless ribs) and some fried queso cheese. Another good meal. Sunday, just grilled steak for lunch, but last night I made the Florentine Alfredo Chicken and it was great. The Alfredo sauce was great, and I can see me making just the sauce with some Zoodles.

Thanks a bunch to all who posted recipes, this has helped me a bunch.

Chili rellenos yummmmmmmmm!
I made beef enchiladas Sunday night, I really like those mama lupe tortillas, 3 carbs and of all the ones I tried I like them best! Def worth saving some carbs for them. I was down 2 pounds this morning so my trip to NYC didnt kill me I guess I walked off those microbrews, LOL

I can't link it here but I have an entry on my blog, so just click the link in my signature. I have a few there.

search for flax or OMM and a couple would pop up.
