I need help, one of my LC friends here wanted biscotti so I thought why not try to make it low carb? It tastes delicious but when I tried to cut it it totally feel apart into crumbs? DO you do any baking to know what to do to prevent that? I have had that happen several times when using almond meal? I will post in recipes, since it is low carb but not really induction, I just know you girls post on here!

Hey all.
New here. Just started induction again due to I have to put on a suit of armor in 3 1/2 weeks and I already know "armor doesn't expand to the user". I stumbled across this thread looking for inudction recipes. You girls/guys are amazing. Sad part was that I went through the whole thread and didn't take notes, so now I'm doubling back and copying recipes. Thanks for all your help. I might try to post some of my stuff, but I'm a grandma cooker, meaning it's a pinch of this and handfull of that. Subscribe. Peace and be kind - Jerry Garcia Last edited by GratefulParrot; 11-17-2010 at 11:12 AM.. |

This recipe is on my next week list! I would be lost without you!!! I am lazy it is easier to see your pics and try your recipes, LOL

Hey Bej. Yeah, I'm 1/4 parrothead, 3/4 deadhead, hence the name. Oh and by the way all, that's my favorite non political/religous quote by Jerry Garcia, the lead singer/guitar from the Grateful Dead. I'm an old hippy/geek. The names actually Greg. I"m probably not going to go to any other threads on this site except this one. The induction porn and the ladies/gents who create them is the social engineering I'm looking for. Thanks to all who post. I'm on my 3rd time through the while thread and taking bunches on notes. |

Yeah I belong to the Parrothead club here in Berks County, the Grateful Dead is coming to play here but without Jerry it just doesnt seem right, LOL The CEO of our company travelled in a VW bus following them after college, so we got him tickets, very odd to think of him like that! LOL Good luck with your weight loss, these girls give great ideas and inspiration! I leave my word window open and copy and paste so I have them, or I always forget where to find them, LOL Amber |

[QUOTE=GratefulParrot;14100511]Thanks for you encouragement. I'm not sure I'll be where I want to be by Dec 12, but I should be within about 10-15lbs of it. I'm kinda tall and muscular, so I can hold weight very well, but when it come to putting armor on, you immediately know you can't fit, but the ladies who put the armor on are very creative in hiding loose seams and of course the cape covers the opening in the armor in the back.

It's raining outside and I've got all day to whip up some good stuff - the toughest part is choosing which to start with! Not a bad problem to have, for sure......! |
