I'm gonna post the recipes as best as I can because most of the time I just add things as I go along.

Here goes!

The Italian three cheese chicken was super simple.

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup pasta sauce lowest carb you can find
1/4 cup parmesan I use grated but you can also use the green can kind.
1 cup mozzarella grated
3 American cheese singles grated or chopped
Italian seasoning to taste

1. Season the chicken breasts with Italian Seasoning to taste.
2. Brown in a pan until cooked
3.Place chicken in a baking pan
4. Mix pasta sauce with parmesan and spread over chicken
5. Top with grated mozzarella and american
6. Bake at 350 F For about 10-15 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly

Tuna cakes

2 6.4 oz Tuna pouches
6 eggs separated
1/2 cup cauliflower riced
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying

1. Beat the egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
2. Add the yolks and beat at a low speed until just combined.
3. In a separate bowl mix drained tuna, riced cauliflower and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Slowly fold in the tuna and cauli mixture into the beaten eggs until it's all combined.
5. In a medium pan heat about 2 inches of oil and add spoonfuls of the tuna "batter"
6. When bottom is browned flip and cook other side.
7. Repeat until all of tuna batter is used.

*You may have to refill the pan with oil after a few batches.

* Make sure you drain the tuna cakes on paper towels before serving because they do absorb oil.

Taco salad for one

6 oz ground beef
2 cups iceberg lettuce
1/2 tomato diced
1/2 avocado diced
two tbsp sliced black olives
1 oz shredded cheddar or pepperjack
diced jalapenos and sour cream optional

1. Brown ground beef in a pan season with salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic and onion powder to taste.
2. Serve on top of lettuce and top with cheese, avocado, tomato, olives and jalapenos and sour cream if using.

Hope this helps!

hey lainie, i ate the bars on induction and had no problems. they didnt stall me, and if anything they helped keep me on track because they were slightly sweet. i dont know if DANDR was just written BEFORE the bars and shakes came out or what, but i know the box says all phases. i guess its really to your own discretion, i just know they never stalled me.

Here's the Bacon Ranch Dressing recipe.

It's awesome but I didn't get away from the soybean oil, MSG, or corn derivatives in this recipe. Eventually I'll discover how to keep that awesome ranch taste without this junk.

No I didn't but since they are fry and kind of greasy a fresh salad would be perfect, as for sauce I just put some lime on top.

I used maybe 1/4 of the package since we're using eggs it will be liquidy so the Cream cheese helps to make them compact but if you need more just add it hopefully they turn out ok lol
