Here it is again from her site with all the information:

CHEESY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
14-16 ounce package frozen broccoli florets
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
4 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 pieces bacon, chopped and fried until crisp

Cook the broccoli 4-5 minutes or just until tender-crisp; drain very well. Put in a greased 2-quart casserole. Mix in the cream cheese, cheddar, green onion, salt, pepper and bacon. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, until bubbly.

Makes 4-6 servings
Can be frozen

Per 1/4 Recipe: 278 Calories; 22g Fat; 14g Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary Fiber; 4g Net Carbs

Per 1/6 Recipe: 185 Calories; 15g Fat; 10g Protein; 6g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs

This very good and is Just Like Stuffed Baked Potatoes made with broccoli instead of cauliflower. I cut back on the cream cheese and cheddar because the broccoli florets I bought came in a 14 ounce bag instead of 16 ounce. Unlike the cauliflower version, you don't want to overcook the broccoli so it will hold its shape and not turn to mush.
---------------------------

You'd have to make it then see what size the 1/4 or 1/6 really is (I haven't made it yet). Easy to do though. Cut it in quarters or make a line down the middle then 2 other cross section cuts then see how much it is. She only gives the nutritional information for 1/4 and 1/6 of the recipe.

My first attempt at Oopsie-making is a success! I used the recipe on Cleo's site and they turned out beautifully! They are cooling down and are a nice golden-brown and nobody could've been more surprised than I was that they smell sort of like a vanilla cookie!

I've also finished "ricing" some cauliflower for the Induction Pizza we'll be having for dinner (w/cauliflower crust) and I'm certain it's going to work out as nicely as my Oopsied have!

Thank you again, everyone!

Those LC tortilla's have plenty of fiber in them you should be okay eating them without stalling.....They never made me stall.

Unfortunately, M-Lupes has soy in them. Soy is no problem for me. Well, sometimes in the gastrointestinal area.

I baked up Agua's Cheesy Broccoli Cass today. I did add shrooms and 2 eggs to it and extra cheese on top.

And definitely not in induction. I'll be back to bringing the goods soon. We've been traveling a lot, so I have less access to the nompf.
