Augamenti - broccoli cheese bake and zucchini lasagna look yum!
Someone asked for the ginger prawn recipe - just fry a tablespoon of diced ginger and a sliced red chilli in sesame oil till fragrant, add diced red onion and peppers, then prawns, sprinkle some garlic powder, salt, white pepper on them, stir-fry till pink then add soy sauce and shredded basil, remove prawns when cooked taking care not to overcook them, serve with a wedge of lime! |

Thanks
I make all my stir-fries up as I go along using all my fav ingredients - garlic, chilli, ginger etc Just fry those 3 things (1tbsp of each) off in sesame oil, add the prawns, salt, pepper, soy sauce, lime juice, white pepper a dash of oyster sauce, any veggies you like but I prefer mushrooms, snow peas, capsicum and spring onions and voila ![]() |

It's Induction-Monday for me and the man....and I have a question about Oopsies.
I know there are about a gazillion recipes on these boards (and others) on what you can do with an oopsie, but I haven't seen anything that says if they can be flavored with a liquid flavoring, like Maple or others. Would the little bit of liquid flavoring make the oopsie overly watery or not work or ???? (Can you tell that I am not a confident cook?!) |

You could add flavorings to them if you'd like. If you do, don't go nuts on the liquid, since it can change how the oopsies turn out (I'd stick to no more than 1 Tbsp per batch) and add it to the cream cheese portion of the recipe.
