Hosted a small birthday party last night- all the meats I made were LC.
1. Curried Goat - West Indian/Trinidadian style(you can do lamb, beef or chicken if you prefer) 2. Garlic, Ginger, Chili Prawns 3. Sesame Ginger meat balls ( I used a little flax to bind them) |

Yes- especially if you want young goat- and can be hard to find. We go to a halal butcher to get goat meat. What is the caldereta dish like? I usually only eat curried goat- I've not had it in may other dishes.

![]() It's goat stew. It's not really Induction friendly because of the carrots and potatoes. BUT if you want to make it with other veggies you certainly can. I miss this. I used to make it but I can't eat this without the evil white rice LOL |

This is my first time posting here at LCF and I just have to say that every single one of you who have posted photos and recipes are my heroes!
My DH and I are beginning induction together, starting next Monday and neither of us has done Atkin's before and were thinking life would be limited to eggs, eggs and eggs...and some cheese...and some meat....and not much else. Then, a friend told me about this website and I've been scouring the Induction Porn posts and have been drooling like a mad woman! I have much more hope and feel highly encouraged and it's all due to all of YOU! Thank you so much! ![]() |
