Sure, it's too easy
I just melt a chunk of butter in a pot (about 40g?) then add in thickened cream - however much you need but I probably use 1/2 cup for 2 people. I used to use fresh garlic but could never quite get it garlicky enough so now I use garlic powder, around 1tbsp depending on your taste, salt, pepper and a small handful of mozzarella to thicken or you can use Parmesan, just lower the heat and simmer gently for a minute or two, stir and serve, a pinch of nutmeg is nice too. It goes with anything Just want to say I'm soooo happy today, I restarted induction on Sunday and have lost 6.8lb in 4 full days **happy dance** Just 6lb more to go till goal!

My 2nd eggplant bolognaise lasagna - I used no pepper and less tomato/onion to lower the carb count. So yum
It has layers of chargrilled eggplant, spinach and ricotta and spicy mince in a tomato/garlic and basil sauce ![]() ![]() |

To get the cauli crust more consistent, you want to make sure you don't start pressing the dough out from the center as one might for yeast doughs. Plop little bits about the pan and then gently press together.
Then, after the initial baking, you can loosen up the crust and try flipping it over prior to adding toppings and placing back in the oven. If you want more crispness, you might try subbing out some of the veg for Parmesan cheese (if you sub out 1/3 cup cauli, sub in 1/3 cup Parm). |

I miss fish! I have it once in a while at my parents house because I don't know how to clean and cook fish ahaha. My papa is great at it though because he grew up in a fishing village. He's a wonderful cook. I've never had fish that fancy though, Cerise. It looks lovely!
