I chopped up 2 homegrown peppers ( not very hot so I used 2) and mixed this into 8 oz of cream cheese. I like to add 1T garlic powder. POW! Good on most meats.

^^ great idea for a snack, I could take those into work with me

This is my new favourite breakfast while I'm taking a break from bacon and eggs
SO easy and SO tasty. Also handy to take into work if I forgot to cook something the night before

Chop up veggies and chorizo sausage (I used green pepper, cabbage, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes)
Fry chorizo and mushrooms first in a chunk of butter
Add other veggies, fry for 3-4 mins then add a big handful of 'pizza cheese' (shredded mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan)
Stir through till cheese is melted, add freshly ground black pepper and serve

whats in them is: one package of whole white mushrooms, cream cheese, parm cheese, minced garlic, the mushrooms steps finally chopped, a dash of chili powder, and a dash of onion powder, and black pepper. basically you put the minced garlic and finely chopped mushroom stems in 1 tbspoon of vegetable or olive oil, simmer until all the moisture is gone, let it cool, then you mix it into the softened cream cheese, parm cheese (its one block of cream cheese and a 1/3 cup of parm cheese) and other seasonings. then you scoop it into the mushroom caps, and let it over flow, then put them in the oven for 25 minutes on 350*.

I just had this for breakfast. I add tons of garlic (which i love) in the hopes to make myself not so desirable to mosquitoes. Do not know if it is working yet!
