That shrimp cocktail looks tasty. I've never tried it with mayo. It would be a nice change. Spicy-Lemon-Mayo! Mmmm.

I made it Colombian style and its really good, also if you use red onions there's no need for hot sauce

I had to make cauliflower pizza. I was getting hongry watching everyone else. I made mine into small, mini crusts for quick meals!

And here are some chewy cauliflower bread sticks, covered with cheese and garlic.

Both are super easy to make!

I just had an inspiration based on potato planks. You take the breadsticks and slather them with sour cream, cheddar and bacon (and chives if you have them)... it tastes so amazing.

Nobody told you you could travel, Pete. I mean come on. You can't go disappearing on us like that. BTW, I told my baboo about your avatar. It made me ROFL.

I've been a bum with cooking the last couple of months, but I'm feeling creative again. Thank you and feel free to add to the fun!

Hey! Here are the recipes. Definitely make sure to extract as much water as possible out of the cauliflower, and consider swapping out 1/4 cup of the veg for Parmesan in the recipe.
