Someone posted these on another thread so i made a plate of them! Low Carb Pancakes. 4oz cream cheese, 4 eggs, 3 pkts splenda, dash of cinnamon. Blend till smooth. Batter will be very thin, cook in a pamed pan til top is full of bubbles then flip. Makes 8-10 YUMMMO!

8-10? just 4 oz cream cheese and 4 eggs? Whoa! I make SFS' Pancakes and with an 8 oz block of cream cheese and 5 eggs I make 12 mini pancakes. How big are these? BTW they look good. I also only use 1 T of Splenda... are these really sweet?

The stats for this Pancake recipe are as follows:
4 oz cream cheese 3 carbs
4 eggs 1.4 carbs
3 splenda pkts .9 carbs each

So approx 7-8 carbs per entire batch. I make 8-10 pancakes. I can only eat 2, theyre filling.

let me email my pics to my phone, and ill get the pics up this weekend.

whats in them is: one package of whole white mushrooms, cream cheese, parm cheese, minced garlic, the mushrooms steps finally chopped, a dash of chili powder, and a dash of onion powder, and black pepper. basically you put the minced garlic and finely chopped mushroom stems in 1 tbspoon of vegetable or olive oil, simmer until all the moisture is gone, let it cool, then you mix it into the softened cream cheese, parm cheese (its one block of cream cheese and a 1/3 cup of parm cheese) and other seasonings. then you scoop it into the mushroom caps, and let it over flow, then put them in the oven for 25 minutes on 350*.

like i said, ill post a pic saturday though

Chicken Lazone
I was a little disappointed in this because the chicken thigh flavor overpowered the spices in the dish. I've tried it with chicken breasts and that was mind blowingly awesome.
