I've been obsessed about this garbage plate since I saw it on the 50 fattiest foods in the US and I made my own tonight... So filling!

DELISH!!! My daughter in law is from Borongan, Philippines and she fries canned corned beef up in eggs, too. I love Egg garbage plates!!

The fried cheese I just had for a snack. It is so incredibly yummy! It crisps up so nicely and it is a nice, light crunchy goodness.
