I am in a weird veggie kick lately. I crave them like crazy.
![]() Aguamenti - Your salad looks yummy! I would add the avocado on top and eat it up. The cheesy zucchini looks delicious as well. I would take the guac that is next to it and put it on top. Yum yum. Dollkey - That camote salad looks delish! I love that whole plate. I would be so happy with it right now. Can't weight - I love your greek salad! Cerise - Your shrimp dish looks mouth watering. |

Thanks- I started making it the way I had it served to me in Greece- big chunks of feta covered in oregano, instead of crumbled, and veggies in bigger chunks too.
Today's lunch: lovely steak with a nob of herb butter and a dallop of strong dijon mustard- goes so nicely with a rare steak! Grilled eggplant and red peppers. Yummo- I LOVE grilled eggplant and peppers! |

Chicken and Noodles
I love this thread!! I made Chicken and noodle soup. I used 4 oz. of Shirataki "miracle" noodles (only 3 carbs with 2 fiber).

AQUAMENTI22: I used a 1/2 bag of the Shiritaki noodles well rinsed. 1 can of Chicken broth, 2 diced roasted chicken thighs from my supper the night before. 1 minced garlic clove, a few green onions, a pinch of red pepper powder.

I know there are some vocal haters of these noodles but honestly, I couldnt diet without them! Rinsing in super hot water is the key for me! Where else can you eat 8 oz of noodles and not have to worry about carb or calories? |
