Does anyone have an induction friendly ice cream recipe?

I've been craving some like crazy. I just want a few tablespoons.

I found this on another board, it might help some:

I was really craving something sweet....but I had nothing in the fridge, when I decided to do some creative kitchen round up and I think I found something delicious!
2 oz cream cheese (creamed)
1-2 tsp of cocoa powder
2 pkgs of splenda
1 tablespoon of cream
splash of vanilla
I mixed it up real good then stuck it in the freezer for an hour and it was the richest, yummiest "ice cream" I've had in ages.
Maybe its already been done, but don't burst my bubble yet, I thought it was fairly inventive of me.

Umm...here is the Grn Bean Cass Recipe:
Dottie's Chunky Cheesy Green Bean Casserole
Recipe By : Dottie
Serving Size : 6
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 cans french-style green beans -- drained well (I used Fresh Grn Beans)
4 ounces mushroom stems and pieces -- drained
1/2 medium yellow onion -- sliced, sep into rings (U can use Dried Onions)
2 stalks celery -- sliced small
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheese -- (cheddar, jack, pepper jack, cream - your choice) diced
1/2 teaspoon lite salt
1/4 teaspoon salt -- or 3/4t reg salt if you don't have lite salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Melt the butter in a skillet and sautee the onions, celery and mushrooms until soft (about 7-8 minutes). Mix the mayonnaise and cream. Mix everything together in a casserole and bake at 350f, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and brown if desired.

This is whole baked Chinese-style snapper

I rubbed with skin with sea salt then scored it skin at an angle and stuffed it with garlic slices then stuffed a mixture of garlic, shredded ginger, spring onion, sea salt, white pepper, red chilli and fresh lime juice into the middle of the fish, sprinkled more red chilli and spring onion over it, then added some lemon wedges on top, baked for 25 mins, then drizzled with peanut (groundnut) oil & served with broccoli

Before cooking

After cooking

I sauteed some mushrooms , ground beef, red onion and spinach then I added a tiny bit of tomato paste, put the mix on the pepper and topped with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 min but I like mine crunchy so I left them 10 min.

Looks good.
How do you make that little flower in the center? Is it tomato? I want to make some. I am a visual eater. My plate has to look tasty with lots of colors and patterns/textures.
