Stuffed peppers (beef, spinach, onion, baby carrot & celery), topped with mozzerella - a little red pesto and tomato sauce.
![]() It's a little on the runny side, and I cut mine in half. |

you all are killing me!!!! Everything looks so good, but right now here in FL it is 95 with a heat index of 102. Sort of keeps me from wanting to cook!
Someone a few pages back mentioned a chocolate mousse that can be frozen. Where might I find that recipe? I looked back a few pages and couldn't find it. One suggestion....why don't ya all post the recipes along with every picture so that it would be easier to find the recipe later? You know we want them anyway!! Thanks everyone! |

Thanks for bisque the recipe RBenz!! I'm trying that recipe in the next week or so!!
I made an omelette and used the left-over stuffed peppers with it! I'm rarely successful at making the omelette look like an omelette. (I used 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites and then split in half for brekkie for me and my DH). It was tasty. ![]() |

Wow, that looks really good!
I was just wondering if Smackaroos could REALLY be only 1 net carb for 3 crackers as the nutrition info says. ![]() |

Side comment for first-time inductioners as full disclosure only (don't want us confusing anyone):
The Smackaroos are not for induction. They contain soy and corn. The dip is fine! |
