Hi!
I actually just fried them in a little oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. They were pretty good I dipped them in some low carb ketchup!

Here's my dinner (DH and I split a big sirloin steak. Broccoflower on the side):

I have to take the plate outside because the lighting in my house kind of sucks.

I guess it's a common concensus around here, that 1MM makes a Mean Grilled Cheese Sammie!

MelGirl~Try it...you'll Like it!

Nuke the bread up. Let it cool a bit. Then put some butter in a telfa pan. Put your cheese sammie all ready to go in the pan. Fry, then flip and fry....YUMMMY in YOUR TUMMY!

Hey everyone! I was wondering is the 1 minute muffin good with just flax meal? Or does it need anything else like almond flour, protein powder, etc? TIA!

I love it with just flax meal, Haven't actually tried a variation. Why mess with perfection?

just flax, i have made with the protein powder also, it is good as well, gives it a bot more sweetness and moisture, but also more carbs

I was ver skeptical about the 1 minute bread and it was actually very good. It is just like wheat bread. I had it for breakfast with butter and cinnamon along with 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon. Try the bread you won't be sorry!

I have a question on the zucchini chips. I borrowed my brother dehydrate since I read that is what works best but know nothing about hydraters. Any help or direction would be great!!! Have a safe and happy Memorial weekend and bless our military past present and future!

Oh wow this is great news! I had it this morning and but butter and cinnamon on it after it was cooked. Next time I will mix it before cooking it to get the all over taste. Thank You!

I added all kinds of seasoning to my before cooking. Love to use it as a burger bun! YUMMY!
My fav is to use the popcorn seasonings (nacho cheese is my fav).
Have made it using butter, EVOO, Cream, sour cream & cream cheese. They have all worked & each adds their own taste.

Here is what we made for Memorial Day dinner (Hungarian Goulash). I subbed the potatoes with rutabegas (YUM! My first time ever cooking them, and they were fabulous). We did simmer the soup/stew with celery and carrots (carrots were discarded). We added a dollop of sour cream at the very end.

Earlier today I made up a 1MM using pumkin pie spice, and we split it as a treat this afternoon. It was awesome (hubby wasn't as impressed, so I'll keep trying different flavors until I get it right for him).
