TWO HAMBURGER PATTIES ONE WITH AMERICAN CHEESE ONE WITH SWISS CHEESE. BOTH TOPPED WITH GRILLED ONIONS. GREEN BEAN "FRIES" ON THE SIDE AND A COUPLE OF FRESH TOMATO SLICES ON THE SIDE. IT WAS SO GOOD BUT I ACTUALLY ONLY ATE THE ONE WITH THE AMERICAN CHEESE CUZ I WAS FULL!!!
![]() IT DOESNT LOOK VERY APPETIZING BUT THIS IS "CRACK" SLAW LOL. I DIDNT COME UP WITH THAT NAME! I SAW IT HERE! HEHE IT WAS GROUND BEEF WITH BAGGED SLAW (IT HAD CARROTS BUT I PICKED THEM OUT OF MY PLATE) SEASONED WITH FRESH GARLIC, ONION POWDER, A LITTLE FRESH GINGER, SOY SAUCE AND SOME OF THAT GARLIC CHILI PASTE. IT WAS SOOOOOOO GOOD!!! IT TASTED LIKE REALLY GOOD CHINESE FOOD!!! ![]() |

![]() I DIDNT POUND THEM THIN BECAUSE I MOVED AND I COULDNT FIND THE POUNDER THINGY SO I JUST CUT THE CHICKEN BREAST DOWN THE MIDDLE ON THE SIDE AND PUT ONE PIECE OF HAM AND ONE PIECE OF SWISS CHEESE. I ACTUALLY FROZE THEM FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT WOULD HELP WITH THE CHEESE OOZING OUT. I DID SECURE THEM WITH TOOTHPICK TO KEEP EVERYTHING INSIDE. I FRIED THEM IN A LITTLE OIL AND THEN FINISHED THEM IN THE OVEN. THEY WERE REALLY GOOD! I THINK NEXT TIME ILL POUND THEM THIN SO THEYLL COOK QUICKER AND LESS CHEESE WILL OOZE OUT. I LOVE CHEESE!!! ![]() |

I've never had artichoke nor seen it in real life. What does it taste like? how do you eat it? I haven't been posting, I know but our food hasn't been exciting... mashed fauxtatoes with ham, meatballs and other stuff so uninteresting I've forgotten about them already LOL |

Aguamenti~I can virtually smell that Deliciousness!
![]() Dollkey~Now You have Seen an Artichoke! It's kind of hard to describe what they taste like. I would say, kind of a combination of asparagus and peas. You eat it petal by petal. After you dip a petal into some dipping sauce, you place the end of a petal in your mouth and scrape the flesh off w/your teeth. When you get down to the choke (that's the hairy portion), you scrape or spoon out the choke and then the Heart is left. The Heart is the PRIZE for all the de-petaling. You can slice the heart into pie slices or just eat it whole while dipping it in your dipping sauce. NoSunNoFun~The sauce was mayo/butter/lemon juice/pickle relish/pepper/splenda. I nuked it to get the butter all melted. Stirred it to get the mayo lumps out and there ya go. BTW...I just bought 4 more Achokes today. They are in season here. .50each!TSKB~I got the 1MM (one minute muffin) recipe from here. Peeps were gasping about it and I HAD to Try it! There are different recipes for it. This is the one I've been using for a Breakfast muffin and even used it as a pancake once w/butter on top and SF syrup. You can cut the sweetner out and use savory spices instead and use for sammie bread or whatever. 1MM= Flax Bread 1/4c flax meal 1 egg 1Tsp butter or cream cheese or HWC 1tps baking powder or 1/2 tsp 1pkt sweetner Use a round or square tupperware container Cook in micro for 1min. I've been using HWC when I make mine. I mix up all the wet ingredients first then add the Flax meal last. Stir really well. Put in microwave for 1min.
