Hence the M-Bomb. M for Meat!
![]() Yes, an egg would be a great addition. I love egg on my burgers now. I'm considering ways to tweak it. Pound the boob so it's thinner. Maybe just one burger. Egg. Maybe split the cheese between a couple of the layers so it's not so messy. I love crunchy bacon, but it really should be a little less crunchy for this application. I had totally meant to make LC coleslaw to go with this but forgot, so the only veg I had was in the LC special sauce. LOL

When you have a burger like that who needs coleslaw!
![]() Just dive into its meaty goodness. ![]() If I had it in front of me I wouldn't even notice coleslaw on the plate. I would be hypnotized by the burger. ![]() ![]() Last edited by Monkee; 05-12-2010 at 12:47 PM.. |

Thanks, Cleochatra! They were very good - Under the cheese is diced bell pepper and pepperoni and a smidge of pizza sauce. It satisfied my craving for pizza as well as not wanting alot of meat today!! I get kind of burned out on meat.

Luv that PBello pic! I'll have to try them pizza style.
This morning I tried that 1MM (1minute muffin). Wow! I really liked it. It holds up really well! Texture of real bread! I put an egg white omelett on top w/Swiss/bacon/mater. They can be made ahead of time and frozen...rt? They sure would be good burger buns too...but, w/o the splenda of course. I would add like Kaiser roll seasoning and such. Here's a pic of it rt. after I easily got it out of my MW container: ![]() Here it is topped w/omelett: ![]()
