I haven't tried that many though i'm anxious to start. I made her quesadilla quiche a couple of times and I swear by it! Very good and filling. I would definitely suggest it for breakfast, dinner or lunch for that matter!

I'd like to try some of her dessert recipes but probably not until after Induction.

Okay I just had the tuna muffins, they were my afternoon snack and they were good! I made my tuna salad with mayo, mustard and added a little tartar sauce after I figured out that I had no onions or celery... YUMMO! I planned to only eat one, but they were so good I ate both.

And the Jalapeno Poppers were great too. I had those as my morning stack. Even DH enjoyed them and he isn't doing LC so I shood him away after one:-)

I made the tuna muffins and they were okay (I guess a lil fishy for me). I also made two types of quiches- one with spicy sausage and cheddar and another with Bacon and Swiss(which was yummy).

But Since I LOVE pizza... I loved the crustless pizza recipe on her website. I made one half the batch using two pie plate with sausage mushroom and a little onion and the other with bacon and mushroom.... they both taste soooo good. Loved it! But I was a little confused about the pizza sauce she called for in her recipe b/c I didn't see a recie for it. So I used like 2 tbls of tomato sauce from the can, mixed with a lil water and added garlic powder and oregeno and used enough to layer onto the "crust". (I was worried about the carb count) But came out delicious anyway.
I also made the cauliflower soup with was eally tasty as well.

I made the Taco Bake from her website and it was DELICIOUS!! I use the taco seasoning recipe from her site and it's soooo much better than store bought without all the fillers and sugar. I brought it to work where no one is doing LC and everyone loved it. I also made the Faux Mashed Potatos last night in my brand new food processor and I thought I was cheating they were so much like the real thing Her website is an absolute lifesaver for us low carbers!!

It's good, taste like lasanga, but I don't care for the topping, it's weird and doesn't fit the dish. If I make it again I will leave the topping off.

I made the mock danish for bf this morning... It was good. My egg must have had like a huge yolk or something because mine came out a lot more yellow. I didn't do the vanilla, just splenda and cinnamon. Good and a nice change from just plain eggs.

Cheeseburger Quiche

I made the Cheeseburger Quiche last night and it is VERY good. I think I'm going to try a little variation on a couple of recipies that she has on her site to make some spanish rice. I'm going to make FAUX RICE in my food processor out of cauliflower and add some burger, tomato sauce and green peppers. Can't wait!! I've been missing rice
