Love this menu! I like how you used the leftovers everyday for lunch. So smart. And you included the shopping list!

This is a fabulous thing to have available for others to borrow. Thanks for sharing!

Glad you liked it! I'm going to make some more weeks, then all I have to do is rotate them. No thinking, just grab the shopping list and head to the store!

That ground beef and cabbage stroganoff is SO good! I'm going to try it with hot italian sausage meat too. Or I might try adding bacon, soy sauce and red chili paste for a korean taste!

i keep hearing about this rotel and cream cheese dish where its hamburger meat, sausage, cream cheese and a can of rotel. everyone is raving about it! it would probably be pretty good if you combined your stroganoff with that!

Your stroganoff dish sounds a lot to me like cheesy crackslaw....and the Thai variation you mentioned sounds a lot like the original incarnation of crackslaw. You should check those out. You might find even more variations that sound good. We love them around here, LC'ing or not!

It's in a .jpg format. Not sure how to post it otherwise. If you see a little icon, try right clicking it and choose Show Image.

AWESOME!! I am inspired by your menu. I find I throw a lot of leftovers away. I need to learn to cook the right amounts for me and my family.

Thanks for posting your menu!

Just starting back today and the ideas are great! I tend to eat the same things over and over.
