![]() http://www.angelfire.com/rnb/irock/kiss_rules.html Did you start South Beach? How's it going? How did everyone else do? How much did you lose? Did you determine your degree of metabolic resistance? And what are you doing next---continuing Induction, moving to OWL? |

I don't know my exact starting weight as I didn't have a scale when I started Atkins, but I went from a size 12-14 US to a size 8-10. I have size 6 as a goal.
A few months ago I stalled and when I checked for Candida, there it was. ![]() |

Hey everyone!
Haven't posted in awhile. Again. Sorry. End of school craziness; however, I have kept up on the Atkins and have lost 9 lbs. Yeah! I would like to lose 7 more in the next two weeks and stay on induction. Katkins - glad you're still doing it! I would love the support. Let's keep on keepin' on! 2 lbs. a week is a great goal! I am sure you'll make your goal by your birthday! ![]() So, strict Atkins and I'll post more often for the next two weeks. Have a good one! |

I ate a metamucil fiber apple cracker thing this morning. with water. I had to fdo an enema this morning fleet enama- I know it's not a favored topic but it's part of life

Well I'm not sure if anyone from this thread stuck it out or not but I did and managed to lose 27 lbs and am right where I want to be but Unfortunately was in the ER yesterday with pain and found out that I have multiple gallstones and have to have surgery Friday Morning to remove my gallbladder. so now what? I'm scrambling around googling like a mad woman and finding that people tend to gain weight after gallbladder removal. I worked too hard for this. Also I'm reading that I can't eat the things I've been eating for the past three months. Ugh! Anyone have any suggestions or similar situations?

I've had my gallbladder out and yes, it did end up with me gaining weight and I had to watch high-fat amounts for a while, but I'm back to normal now and losing again. Don't take my experience as typical, though, I have heard from many people that lost weight during the process. Just take it slow and watch portion sizes of fats until you know how they will effect you. No reason not to continue low-carb.
