It's a good thing I'm determined to stick it out this time. I have no lunch or dinner! Yeah, so non-stick foil? It's not so non-stick. The pizza crust is totally stuck to the foil. I had to toss it. Now I'm just eating sliced turkey and the cream cheese.

Yeah, it usually does take 2 or 3 days and yesterday was my first full day on atkins so I have to wait a bit. I'm white knuckling it until my friend ketosis comes to visit.

It's funny because it's been a year since I've done atkins, it's really hard for me to believe that I can lose weight eating this much. lol

I know, right? I was just gonna make another one, but I have no parchment paper. Boo! Hiss! I stocked up on LC foods, but I forgot I need to get all the other LC essentials, like more liquid Splenda, parchment paper, Davinci's, etc.

That's the one I made. It said to line the pizza pan with parchment on non-stick foil. All I had was non stick foil, so I used that and it toally stuck.

Oh yeah. I forgot to make a goal. I'm going big and hoping for 25 pounds. I know it seems like a lot, but I think I can do it. That will put me right at 180.

Hello all! I am new here but an old timer when it comes to Atkins and low carb! I had lost 87 pounds in the past doing so! But years have past and events that I did not know how to control and here I am.....needing to loss 70 pounds!!! I know shame on me! I do not blame anyone, but myself !!

Can I join this group?? I can not start until next monday> Have to wait till payday to get my stock! I do not want to do it with out cleaning my pantry shelves out and restocking with proper foods! I need all the modivation anyone can offer! I have three kids and a hubby that does not really understand being heavy! He does not down fall me, but has never had to deal with it I think the heavest he has been was 145 and that was after a hearty meal and fully dressed!!! Dont get me wrong he supports me fully but I need others doing the same thing! I am trying to convince our oldest daughter to do it with me, she is nearly 19, but she is so addicted to the starches I do not think she will, I know it has to be "right" for her to want to do this and can not talk beg or plead with her, it will not work unless she wants to! So I hope if I get started and she sees my changes and the help that is her online she may want to do it too!!

So if you would except me with our group even though I can not start today, I would be so grateful!

Good plan! i was 'doing low carb' buti had so much stuff in my house it wasnt working (there was a bite, here, or a bite there). Then the more reasearch i did, i found how off base i was and got so mad one day, i sat there with a bottle of wine and started throwing and putting away things. I needed the wine because i am a foodie, and getting rid of some of my things was like cutting off a limb.

Now i have found my happy place, weeks later i have created a food piramid i can live with and love!

(I have a picture of it if anyone wants to see...)

HI,

I need a Monday weigh-in to keep me responsible over the weekend!

Current weight is 187.
My goal for the end of June is 167
Goal for the end of July is 157

Maybe ambitious, but I know if I stick to this it can be done.

Oh, not junk. Exotic dried fruits, specialty baked goods, preserves, hand made pasta, actually all very good for you if you are looking at a balance diet, but none of that yet for me
