So I had to switch lunch and dinner around. I needed that steak to keep me in check for lunch. It seems to have done the trick. Thank goodness. Let's see how long it lasts. lol

9 weeks, she'll be 10 weeks on Monday. I need to update that pic, she already looks so different than just a few weeks ago!

My son is 9 months old...Dads gain weight too. 10oz of Crown Royal yes thats correct. I dont have a sweet tooth and dont really eat any other carbs so I figure booze on the weekend is fine so long as I dont cheat after the 10 oz

My dogs are my kids.

But, I dont have the excuse of a pregnancy to blame for all this weight. Nope....I did this all on my own.

Hey, what's the deal with Coke zero being pulled in other countries for "health hazards"? Anyone know? I was going to buy some this week instead of my diet coke, but not if it's gonna make me grow like extra toes or something.

I havent heard that...so I dont know. Scary though. My guess would be that the coke is manufactured in the countries where it is sold...it would seem to be too expensive to import....so the issue is probably in those countries specifically...plus many countries dont have the saftey protocols that we have here, so the american product is probably fine. But you could find out more with a google check probably.

I dont usually buy diet soda because I hate the aftertaste...I have been using either club soda with torani syrup or I drink crystal light with dinner.

Hi Everyone!

So I tracked you all down on the new thread! I have 14 pages to read to catch up...I want to hear how babies and jobs and moving all turned out!

Sorry I disappeared the last 3 or 4 weeks. We set our wedding date – Oct 3! Yes, this year. I have my dress, the hall, the band, the caterer, picked tuxes and we’re going to hopefully pick out wedding rings tonight (we’ve looked a couple times already). So I’ve been super busy with wedding plans and not LCing at all. Yesterday I got back on track though!

I didn’t weigh yesterday but was 170 this morning so not too awful after being off plan for so long. I also got a wii fit as an early bday present! I turn 30 on July 1

Knee is doing well…still have a loooong way to go but I’m getting into the gym now and doing the wii fit everyday. Looking forward to visiting the boards again.
