I personally like the Atkins advantage bars for a chocolate fix. These are my favorites:
Advantage Chocolate Coconut, Chocolate Chip Granola, Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola, AdvantageChocolate Chip Granola, and the peanutbutter granola bar. These help my cravings. I don't eat many or often, but they are really good...and 2-4 carbs. The deserts: I still like SF jello but as far as a recipe, I make a LC cheesecake with cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, and DaVincis sweetener. totally induction friendly. Recipe: 1-8oz pkg of cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup sour cream sweetener (to taste...I say this because everyone has different sweeteners and tastes) 2 eggs Beat all but eggs, add egg one at time and blend. Pour in mini springform pans. Bake 350* - 20-30 min. (I live in Colorado - High Altitude so adjust as you have to)...I've added berries to the top and it's really good. I think the sour cream is key to the flavor. this recipe is roughly 12 carbs for the whole thing...divided into 4 servings, that is 3 carbs per serving. also, cream cheese muffins are fast and easy and induction friendly.

Hey China,
It seems as though you were asking about INDUCTION friendly answers.(I would suggest staying way fromt he Atkins bars) I have tried almost all of Linda's Low carb desserts. My favorite and I eat it almost everyday is the Mock brownie danish. Its just cream cheese, eggs, cocoa and splenda. 90 sec in the microwave & its done! I've never had a prob with it stalling me. Its kinda like a cake/brownie. When I pull it out of the micro, I put real whipped cream on top and it melts into it. Its really good. Sugar free jello is always a good option with whipped cream on it. Your best bet is to just try any of Linda's recipies that look interesting. She puts little commmentaries on the bottom of each recipie and that helps. Just don't expect anything to blow your socks off....they are low carb desserts There is also a companie called Dixie counters that sells low carb things you can make at around 4-6 carbs per serving(which are real small). You can get the mixes at net-trtion.com Good Luck. Just remember nothing with nuts(almond flour) or peanut butter.

I personally like the Atkins bars and many eat these without stalls. I used to eat chocolate SF puding in the old days before Atkins developed 'edible' bars...but that isn't induction friendly, whereas atkins is. I know many who eat the atkins bars and other who call them frakenfood and other's names. To each there own, I guess. I've eaten LC since 1998, have kept the weight off for many years (except the age 40 pounds which I've taken most of it off) I think you have to find what works for you...some things that work for one will not always work for another). Atkins bars (I trust only Atkins myself) are quick if you are in a hurry. Mind you, I do not eat these all of the time...only on occasion and they are satisfying and "legal"...other then that, I use Linda's and SF jello...I love SF jello, so I'm very lucky...good luck

I either drink a tea w/ Stevia, or sometimes make a low-carb hot chocolate with water, 1-2 TB heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa and stevia/splenda. |

My favorite LC recipe is no-bake lemon (or flavor of choice) jello cheesecake. Recipe is on Linda Sue's website. I top it with whipped heavy cream. My new favorite dessert is a "Root Beer Float" diet rootbeer w/ 1 tbs. of heavy cream. I also had a bit of davinci's vanilla syrup. Add some ice and blend in in blender. Tastes just like the original and it really hits the sweet spot without adding a lot of calories.

I think we should be avoiding sugary things, but as I'm about to indulge, I just found at Safeway, Lucerne brand Watch'n carbs-chocolate covered icecream bars (3 carbs and totally delish). Also I love Russel Stover sugar free chocolate-covered english toffee squares (1 carb).
If your ready for almond flour, I have really enjoyed Linda's recipe for Orange Sour Cream Cakes. The last time I made a batch with lots of lemon oil instead of orange, put it into a small cake pan, sliced it in half. I soaked it a bit with a sugar free sweetened berry puree, but tomorrow I plan to use a bit of SF Rasp and Straw Jello instead. Lastly, I frost it with a butter cream frosting recipe from an Atkins site that was supposed to be a glaze for these cinnamon rolls, which were awfull, but the glaze turned out to be not really a glaze but an excellent frosting. This cake tastes a little nutty, but has good texture and was very satisfying. When I made the berry version, took it to a party with kids who need gluten and sugar free (I used stevia and liquid sweet and low and a little SF davinchi vanilla), and all loved it, no left-overs. |

The cream cheese clouds are awesome. I also add a little bit of mint extract, drop of green food colouring and shredded dark chocolate pieces. It tastes like mint ice cream.
