Not sure but the nutrional info says 4 grams carbs and 4.5 grams of fiber, so does that make it ok on induction?

It makes them ok to eat. Make sure to check the labels in boca products as some of theirs have higher carb counts.

Well, I wouldn't just because of the reduced fat cheese and the wheat gluten, even though it says no sugar and seems to have a little more fiber than carbs. There is also wheat gluten. I haven't read any of the information on vegetarian Atkins.

I was a little apprehensive, but I just really like these and wasn't sure if the carb count mattered so much as the ingredients when it comes to this type of product. Thanks for the input...

To me the ingredients always matter. I wouldnt eat them because of the soy and the wheat gluten and the other stuff I cant pronounce but YMMV. I know several people that eat them and are fine.

small FYI, more companies these days are subtracting the fiber from the total carbs already when they do the count on the back. I'm not saying this is the case with the Boca Burgers, but it's at least feasible that they could be 8.5 carbs apiece and they're just doing the math for you. (Edimame at costco does this)
