How could i be so stupid!

I've been in induction phase with hardly any problems till last week. My cheese deposit ended and i rushed to the market where i couldn't find my favorite brand. Then i thought "hey, i need my daily dairy so, i should buy this family-8pack of yoghurt". I've been eating one cup of yoghurt every day since then. I noticed though that i haven't lost any percentage of body fat for this week! Today i said," well that's it" and i've been researching worryinlgly all day about "stalls" in induction phase or the nessecity to exercise even more (like 30mins of lifting weights, 30mins of jogging and 30mins of cycling weren't enough 6 days a week! ) and it just hit me that YOGHURT AND MILK are not allowed in induction phase .

Everyone should make a list of allowed foods and stick it to their fridge or something, learn from other people's mistake, people

Btw hello to all, It's nice to post here, after all those days reading your questions, guides and tips

welcome :hiya

And you aren't stupid. There's no such thing; you're learning and geting healthy.

As close as you are to goal, you might want to consider going on into OWL, which will eventually add in dairy - I think it goes more leafy veggies, then dairy, but I'm not 100% sure.

Hey, if I had a quid for every daft mistake I made in the early days I'd be able to treat me and all my friends to a steak dinner.

Don't sweat about it. Just learn from it and move on. Don't be a perfectionist and beat yourself up about mistakes while you're still learning about this. If you were learning to play the piano you'd expect to hit a few wrong notes at the start. Same thing here.
