Is what im eating right?

Hey guys/gals,

I was wondering if what im eating is induction worthy or not. this is what ive usually been eating.

Breakfast - 2-3 eggs over easy, sometimes with mushrooms (1.4 carbs)

Lunch - slices of cheese with sandwich meat slices, about 3-6 (4g of carbs)
can of tuna with lettuce
Dinner - (this is where is there is a lot of diversity lol not) Plain steak with salad, Chicken with salad, Pork with salad, Last night I had two sausages with cheese that was at 1g per sausage)

(every salad has half a tomato cut up with grated cheese and ranch dressing which is at 1g per table spoon, and I usually have 3 table spoons)

I just want to ensure that I am on the right track I have lost around 18 lbs... But the scale which might I add was ancient finally gave out after 20 years of use passed down by my father. so I haven't been on the "scale game" but I have been looking in the mirror and noticing a big change, I bad breathe (So says my fiance) and a metallic taste in my mouth so I figure im in ketosis.

Any information would be very beneficial. Thanks alot

Sounds good, what are you drinking??? Water is best.

The fact that you're not into the "scale game" can be a very good thing. If you havenyt started yet maybe try taking measurements too,

Also, maube try some different veggies for variety but the menu does look good!

Looks good to me. I'd definitely eat that. I'm not a big salad fan though, so I'd probably do more cooked veggies rather than salad. But if you like salad and aren't getting bored with it, then keep it up.

Well done on your 18lb loss! You're doing great. Stick to plan and the rest will melt away too. Are you staying on Induction for a while, or moving on to OWL?

Are you getting 12-15 net vegetable carbs per day?

you might want to put your veggies and foods in a tracker like fitday which is free and see what vits and minerals your limited veggie choices are lacking in so you can supplement accordingly.
