Re-Induction question
I went back on induction this week after a week off-plan...I've been doing great. Lost 8 lbs. so far...I was planning on adding in 5 carbs next week, so that would only be 1 week on induction. Does that sound like an OK plan? Is there any reason for me to do an extra week?
Thanks in advance for your help! |

so you are returning to induction after a cheat? Dr Atkins says very clearly in DANDR that we are to return to induction to get back in ketosis and then move back to where we were before the cheat so if you were in OWL then move back to the place you were and keep working your Atkins.

I guess I don't remember that part, although I was just re-reading some sections earlier this week. I really was only at about 25 g. before I cheated, so I guess I'm doing that right thing. I was back in ketosis on Day 2 of re-induction.
Thanks for your post! |
