Any induction desserts?

I am on day 21 of induction and right around the corner is TOM, sorry TMI. Anyone know any good "desserts" that you can have during induction?

Hey Foxy

There are loads and loads and loads.

Have you checked out the recipe room?

I love Egg Custard and the flan. (Can you tell I like eggs?

The short answer is to look over the recipes and if all the ingredients are legal for induction, then you can have the dessert.
What about a cheesecake? Or pumpkin custard? Jello fluff, or you can make induction legal ice cream. That's all I can think of at the moment...

hi

whip up a lil' heavy cream and sweeten it with Nu Naturals brand Stevia add a lil' cream cheese softened to it and a lil' vanilla...or you can also whip heavy cream and stevia and add about a 1/4 tsp. cocoa podwer for the yummy chcolate craving .....that one always works for me ....and it never popped me out of induction when I had 1/4 tsp. cocoa ....good luck

Well, you can sort of work it out by looking at the ingredients, you know what your acceptable food list is!

The lovely Linda Sue does mark all her Induction friendly desserts with a start.

You can make Chleo's "oopsie" rolls and add splenda or stevia and cinnamin for a sweet roll. Or make a cream puff out of them by using 2 rolls and putting home made whipped cream between them. The possibilities are endless.
