cream

How much cream are you allowed on induction? I don't remember seeing this in my book. I usually have a tablesoon of half and half or heavy whipping cream in my coffee everyday but I don't think I have much more if it during the day. It was in the receipe that i made today for the Ham and Cheese Quiche. What's the verdict?

Depending on what book your following , it can be anywhere from 4 teaspoons - 3 oz unsweetened heavy cream.

If I remember correctly it is 2-3 tablespoons a day of heavy whipping cream. It can stall some people so be careful and dont overdue it. heavy whipping cream has less carbs compared to the other types of creams.
