I'm gonna stay on another 2 weeks - let us know how you're doing

I think I might join you! I started out a few days ago, my body rebelled, and yesterday I was on the see food diet. Today, I'm ready to get back on track, I think. WE-dog and I went for a walk this AM, now it's bath time for her, and then house work for me.

Congrats on the baby, he is a cutie. How old now?

I did well yesterday, I think, though I seemed to be eating much of the day. It was all permitted.
Today, Sunday, I fried 3 eggs with about a TBSP of cream, and ate about half. Though filled, I had a sip of cream, which satisfied.

Now I'm ready for a nap. Worn out from yesterday, and it's about to rain, so me and dog will probably stay in, except for possibly a little yard work.

Lunch? Probably canned salmon heavy w/ mayo.

Supper will probably be boiled chicken.

I munched all day as well yesterday...I dont know what it was....the bored eating coming out again....Sometimes it really is hard to be home all day with access to food...but even though it was all legal and mostly zero carb...I still felt guilty...lol...I managed to lose 2 more pounds.

I don't know about carbs- haven't counted any, but am reading/using the permitted list.
Yesterday wasn't about boredom for me, though I know many days it is. Maybe it was the "6 smaller meals" turning to 8!
I don't expect to use a scale now. Mine is packed and in the garage, and I have my clothes to go by. A goal is to pack 2-3 boxes a day so when I move, packing is pretty well done, and all I need are the movers. I will also find out what I don't need.
I'm hoping to move in October, but that depends on the economy and housing market.

Is your little one sleeping most of the night? What is her name?

Her name Is Whitney......she sleeps about 10 hours a night! During the day she takes 2 long naps..

Moving is hard work! but it definitely helps that you can pack up some things early! I am all aout throwing or giving away things these days..lol...the simpler my life the better!

Today is Monday, and my jeans finally feel slightly looser. Been working on this WOE for about 5 days.

Yesterday was a good day. Today my stomach is queasy and I feel weak, but not hungry. Had 3 fried eggs again, again ate about half. I have no idea of what the day will bring. I want to go walking, but...

Things seem kind of up in the air. I have many chores to do, including grocery store, for eggs, cream, and boxes. A walk, packing, cleaning. That sounds so ambitious, doesn't it? And I'm ready for a nap, though I've been up just a couple of hours.

Didn't have chicken for supper, just a CarbSolutions drink w/ a bit of cream.

Have a good day.

Five days into this, and I'm wearing a pair of jeans I haven't worn for months. Thisng like this really help.
Didn't get to the store yesterday, but did get a few other things done. Will go for a walk in a few minutes, then shopping-for leafy greens, meat, and eggs and cream.

Eating breakfast now:
zapped turkey burger w/ cottage cheese
water.

3AM, I had
2 fried eggs
a cup of coco, w/ hershey's cocoa, salt, sweet n'low, vanilla

I will stay on induction for as long as I can, maybe another few days.
After shopping and cooking today, it should be easier, since I'll have some induction food.

Choco, I hope things are going well with you and Whitney. Take care.

Welcome! I don't know how much weight I will lose, other than enough to fit into my size small jeans comfortably,. (That's probably 5 sizes.)
Today I had a hard boiled egg and butter, and am about to fry some bacon.

I trimmed a tree earlier, and dog and I just came back from a walk.

Packing to do, calls to make, laundry to do.

Best wishes to you, I hope you're a real loser!

Go to Fitday.com and see for yourself.
It's a calculating way of counting all the foods you eat. You add the foods, and the program tells you the calories, carbs, fats, proteins, and calculates them for the day for you.
It keeps a daily running list for you, a pie graph, and has other features. If you use it, you will be able to track your food use, and see where you might need to add items or subtract them, to help in your weight loss.

Hi everyone....hope you all had a great day!

I had an ok day...I have had major diet pop cravings for some reason and I just cant get it out of my mind! I am trying to do my first 2 weeks as clean as possible so no pop. I dont even really like it...I just want some for some reason...maybe because its hot out.

I have lost a few inches over the last week which I am happy for! I have lost 7 pounds (the first 2 days) but then the scale has not moved since. I'm not worried--yet--lol

have a great night everyone!

I didn't keep track yesterday, but I think I did pretty well. Two eggs for bkf, carb solutions for lunch, and 3 eggs and cream for supper.
Breakfast today was a carb solutions plus 2 eggs, 1/3 c cottage cheest, cream, blended. Very filling.
I got boxes yesterday, and I'm packing again today. I fell behind the last two days, so I need to catch up again. Today I'm working on the kitchen and a bedroom. I have too much stuff, and at least some is going to freecycle/Good Will.
Choco, how's Whitney doing? Are any of you sleeping all night?

both of my girls sleep for about 10 hours a night, sometimes 12. I have them on the same bedtime schedule so I get a little peace before my hubby comes home at night.
I have been doing great on my diet. I lost a pound this morning after adding coconut oil in my tea yesterday....that stuff is wicked--gave me tons of energy! I hate coconut, but the oil is not bad. I am going to try it again today. It has a laxative effect for me...lol...but thats ok!
I thought I would get sick of eggs, but I actually look forward to them in the morning. I can go for hours without even thinking about food.
have a great day everyone!

I'm still here, just have been busy packing. I have paperwork and moving of boxes to do so I can do more. Need to clean a bit as I go, shred documents, put things back, etc I've actually passed on several boxes of stuff, and have another bag ready to go on Friday, the collection day.

I have several boxes of things I don't use so much any more, but I'm not ready to let them go yet. It would sure ease my space if I were, but I'm sure I'm not the only one like that.

There's a lot to do.
I haven't been keeping track, but have been on a combo of fat fast and low carb. The clothes I'm wearing today do seem a bit looser-a favorite T-shirt, and a pair of jeans. That was a nice surprise!
Eating ground Turkey, some hamburger, lots of eggs and cream, sour cream, mayo, (need to make some) water, salmon. Glad it's working. (and some Carbsolutio
