Question for Cleo!!!

Have you ever thought about publishing a cookbook that we could buy??I have used your recipes for the last week and a half now!!! We love them in our household!!! You go girl!!!

Cleo mentioned she may be publishing a cookbook and I'm certainly ordering one right of the presses when she does! I don't think advertising is permitted here, though, so hopefully it'll be mentioned in her blog or on the LC Examiner articles site.

Hi! I am very much appreciative that you are so kind to me in saying these things. I am slating a cookbook for completion and publication when I hit my goal weight. This will be sometime next year.

To me, there would be nothing worst than being an obese woman publishing a cook book and looking abysmally fat and saying, "LOOK AT WHAT LOW-CARB DID FOR ME!"

LOL! I crack up thinking about it.

Also, I told 2big (I think) that I have over 100 more recipes you've never even seen that will be included that will be new to readers, so even though it is difficult, I am placing some pleasant surprises in the book, and hope this will be as helpful as it is delicious.

Sorry for being so cryptic, but I'm doing my best to ensure recipes will include complete nutritional data, and pictures when possible, but while keeping the cost effective.

Thank you again for asking after me. I've been running around like a crazy kid prepping for the 4th. But I enjoy doing it, because it's in this way I can pay it forward to friends like you who have taken such good care of me.

Yay, a Cleo cookbook! Now I won't have to sort through zillions of stickys and backs of envelopes that I copied your recipes on to.
