oopsie's

I just made the Oopsie rolls and they turned out great. I had them with hambergers and they subed for bread beautifully.

I think the trick is to beat the egg whites for 5 mins. I inverted the bowl and they stuck so I knew they were ready.

Congratulations on successful oopsie-ing, and peeling off some pounds in the process! Ain't it a good feeling?

It's an awesome feeling. A journey of 64 pounds begins with a single pound, says Confusius.

I'm actually making the pizza right now. The crust turned out perfectly. At least it looks perfect, I haven't eaten it yet cause it's too early for supper.

Just finished a batch for my hubby. He asked me to please make those "bread things" from when we were on atkins before. He is going to have a dagwood for dinner. I am having a turkey leg and collard greens. I have found that I lose slower when I eat them, but they are worth it for the variety they add to your diet.
