1/2 C heavy cream
1/4 t vanilla
pinch of salt
2T Splenda

  • Pour into 2 small Pyrex ramekins
  • Place the ramekins into a larger baking dish (I use an 8x8 pyrex)
  • Add water to the baking dish (not the cups) ..enough to make the water come up the custard cups 1 inch.
  • Bake 325* for 30 minutes
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg and chill in the fridge.

I make these in the morning and they are ready by the night. Recipe can be doubled.
YUM!!! That sounds fabulous!! I just copied it to my recipe collection, thanks for sharing!!

Hi all

I always enjoy this simple, real simple and sweet snack / side dish / breakfast , and it's really helps with sweet-tooth cravings.

1 egg
water
1 slice of sandwich cheese
1 pack splenda
1 teaspoon butter (optional)

1. beat the egg, in a microwave-friendly bowl
2. add water abt 1/4 cup to the beaten egg
3. tear the cheese into the mixture

nuke for 2 mins 10 seconds on HI
sprinkle the splenda & butter when cooked... YUMMY!
