Also, I'm not sure which pancakes you made (there are a lot of variations). This recipe Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes is really, really good. I tweaked mine a tad and added like the equivalent of 1 pack of Splenda. They really taste almost exactly like the real thing!

Why ask what they taste like? YOU have them. Put it in your mouth!

Cleochatra's oopsies are delicious btw. Even my hubby liked 'em.

Whether you can eat them will depend on what you put in them. If you post your recipe, someone can tell you.

the oopsie rolls are a little spongey, think meringue-y. They are really sturdy, though. The recipe is the same as the Rev rolls, but 3 oz cream cheese instead of 3 tbsp.

Hi Jenny

There are lots of variations of low carb rolls, all based on the Atkins Revolution Rolls. Many people over the years have tried many different things.

The best suggestion I can give you is to experiment, what one person may like may not be to your taste.

I am concerned that you mention you used "sugar", is this Splenda or some other form of sweetener?

BTW I make them with sweetener and without and I like both variations. I make them with more cheese, less cheese, protein powder, additional ingredients such as herbs and spices, and they are all good.

I spend a lot of time in induction, so most of my recipes are induction recipes. Pizzas, crepes, waffles, bread, you name it!

I am also always up for helping folks to replace a recipe they miss. Just let me know.

Well, I try not to make desert unless it is a special occasion.

My girlfriends came round for dinner the other night and I did make a dessert they all loved, though not entirely Induction friendly. I mixed up cream cheese, double cream, sour cream, cocoa powder, vanilla DaVinci and whizzed it all up in my whipper. I suppose you could make it Induction friendly if you subbed out the cocoa powder with chocolate DaVinci syrup.

Cleo created an egg creamcheese atkins induction legal recipe that will hold your burgers, work as french toast pizza crust and many other things calls OOPOsie rolls
she also created Atkins induction legal cauliflowwer and zuchini pizza crusts you can hold in your hand and eat your pizza click the blog link in her siggie and start drooling

if you haven't already eatten skip the induction legal deserts on her site and be warned she has pictures of the foods that will make you drool too.

Hey

I buy mine online! I tried to buy some Vanilla free syrup from Starbucks but they weren't having any of it.

You can order it from the Uk Low Carb Megastore, or also they have it on EBay!
