Jeep, I hope you have fun with your deep fryer! Like candles, I have only 2 words.... but mine are 2 entirely different ones! Cheesecake Bites.

OK, so I have one dvd coming tomorrow, it's the Power Mile one. I never know how my treadmill is going to act from day to day, so I think I'll probably stick to doing the dvd for a little while. I *still* haven't tried the Callenetics dvd yet! I think I'm gonna have to set the laptop up in my room and hook up some speakers to it. DD hogs the living room TV all afternoon and evening! She doesn't even really watch it, she apparently just likes the noise while she's on her path of destruction through the house LOL.

I seriously want to be you! Green jealousy monster kicking in here!! WTG!

I seem to be a pan frying dummy, and make a hideous mess besides. This is a nice deep fryer, high sides, so should be no splatter and self-contained.

great job keys!!! coffee used to be my weakness. now it's my treat. water is so good for you. i hate water but i try really hard to drink it. my dh read somewhere that is you drink 16oz. of water within 20 min of waking up , you can boost your metabolism. i have been trying it for the last two days.

I can only imagine that tomorrow will be even harder. But then I'll at least have the weekend to rest and hopefully next week I'll be raring to go again. *fingers crossed*
i have been having the same problem. i have been so tired lately. it's been so hard for me to keep up with my kidoes. the last two nights i have fallen asleep on the couch around 8. i know that i have been working out a lot more lately but i want a tiny bit of energy left for the rest of my day. my dh keeps asking if there is something wrong because i keep zoning out. i swear i think i fell asleep with my eyes open while eating dinner last night. i want so badly to look half decent while on vacation that i think i keep just pushing myself at the gym. only 20 days left till we leave

[COLOR="Red"]SNIX- i'm so glad that you are friends with your scale again. drink lots of water today. flush (literally) those 2 oz. away

I biked again. Whew, never realized how much of a workout that really is especially on a soft gravel road. I almost cried on the way home, but i couldn't cuz my daughter who said..."Mom, i'm so cited that you have a bike, now we can go biking every day!" would constantly look back at me and say "How ya doing mom?" "great babes!" "Isn't this great mom?" "Oh it's great toodles" as i'm gritting my teeth in a fake smile and ready to cry cuz i can see my house but just don't know if my legs will get me there! lol! I made it farther this time though. I think i did a mile. My thighs and butt ache today. But it is one of those good hurts. Just gonna have to keep pluggin away at it!
you will be so proud of yourself at the end of summer. just try a little father every time. set land mark goal. "if i just go a little father".... if i could just make to that mailbox, or that tree, or that driveway". you'll see snix, it will pay off, i promise. thats what i do when i'm running.

I need to get off my duff and start week 4. I let my iPod dying de-rail me last night, but DH put his foot down and got me another (I should be mad since we can't afford it but he did it for me to support me and how can I not love that? ).

Anyhow, I have a meeting tonight so I'm trying to see if I can work out before I go or if I need to go straight there.

You're doing so well -- 25 minutes straight! Woot!

Oneder and Beach- please check in with the mothership, girlies!

Jeep & Zraik, I know I've said it before, but you girls are rocking the C25K program!

I've been taking stock of what's in the freezer and deep freeze lately, cause I've had to cut back on what we're spending at the grocery store. Anyway, I have some flounder fillets in there, do you guys think the heroin wings coating would work on that? It should, right? They're fillets.

And I'm kicking myself! A couple months (maybe 6 weeks) ago, the store had 16 oz bags of frozen veggies for a buck each. So I stocked up, which is good. The bad part is that I only stocked up on broccoli, cauliflower, and green beans. IDK if y'all noticed, but those are almost the only veggies I've been eating lately! It's getting a little old, but I hate to buy more stuff when there's like 6 perfectly good bags in the freezer!

Don't see why the heroin wings coating wouldn't work -- I've used it for chicken and pork chops.

Time to explore Cleo's cauli and zucchini crust recipes! You can keep the green beans though.

I think those fillets would do just fine! I used fr. cod from our local groc. and crappies that hubs caught himself so far.

You know, those veggies are already frozen which means they can stay frozen for a bit longer, go get some fresh veggies, mmmmmm so much better

hey we just planted some of the garden, does any one else grow their own? And what do you plant?

I do: strawberries, lettuce, onions, green beans, tomatoes, gr. peppers, jalepeno, radishes, broccoli and cucumbers. this year we are adding brussel sprouts and zucchini and am debating on spaghetti squash.

Jeep, I have done the cauli crust pizza. (last week, I Think. Or maybe the week before?) IMHO, Linda's deep dish is better, more filling, and less carbs for me. But the cauli crust isn't bad!

Snix, I've always wanted to grow stuff. My mom has different stuff from time to time on their farm, but they ALWAYS grow blackberries, tomatoes, zucchini and green beans. The rest of the stuff, she mixes it up from year to year. I love getting tomatoes and blackberries from her! Nothing like homegrown. One of these years, I'm going to plant my own garden. This is the first year I've experimented with landscaping! LOL, I am just now getting the front of the house all prettyful. That's my baby step for this year- maybe next year I'll learn all about how you prepare the ground or a garden!

you missed meyou really missed me...
sorry...my scheduale is all messed up this week and I'll be heading off to work while you all are sleeping and sleeping while you all are chatting for the next few days!
Overtime is good but the government takes most of it anyway
I'm also currently a blob and I'm eating whatever and I'm mad at myself. I have done well today, but I have to keep going.
Menu:
B: Eggs and bacon
L: Hamburger patty and green beans
D: chicken breast and a vegie

I started drinking low sugar cranberry juice this week because my kidney's are hurting...or at least that what I think is hurting. It has made it better but even as low carb as it is, it still puts me way over the top and so I figure WTH and eat crap! (well not literally)...that might be LC
Anyway, glad to be missed, I've been lurking but not posting. What can I say...really!...today I ate a cinnamon roll, today I ate candy
