Good morning
 !! I hope everyone has a great Mother's Day (I think most of us here have kids)!!! I wasn't able to post yesterday - we were literally gone from 9am-9pm and then I was exhausted.Menu: B: omelet with cheese; coffee with cream and splenda L: tuna with mayo D: pork bbq with vegetables - probably cabbage and green beans Riot -I know exactly how you feel. For me, it's usually about my stomach. Because of pregnancy (and then staying a fat @ss for a few years after lol) my stomach tends to prevent me from going down a lower size in clothes. So now, clothes look a little weird sometimes and it takes me a while to find things that look right. I've found some outfits that look good (or as good as they can until I lose 40 more pounds) but it took forever. They may fit in the stomach but then are big everywhere else or they fit everywhere and I get a muffin top that I can't hide. I hate it. I'll definately try to support and encourage you to stay OP for the next 22 days! Can you please encourage me to exercise regularly???? I got the 3 mile video yesterday, which was a great idea, so hopefully I'll be able to jump right in and start back. You will have NO problems staying OP though - you have done great since you started and rarely go off plan without doing it on purpose!!

Is there a store where you can buy Da'Vinci's or do you have to get it online. I know a lot of you guys use it and I'd love to get some for my coffee, etc. I used to love the toasted almond flavoring that they use at Dunkin Donuts but obviously haven't had any since I started this in Dec. Those of you that use Da'Vinci's a lot - is there a flavor that you think is close to toasted almond? I've looked before and don't think they have that exact flavor but I'd settle for anything close
I was hoping I'd be able to get it at wal mart or something instead of ordering online... |

belle....you can get it at most stores, wal-mart and sams club are the cheapest....sams club here have lots of flavors
 so alrighty...we're triplets then oneder  ...It could be worseBelle...I have the muffintop thing going too...and scrawny legs...oh I'm dead sexy baby...  alright...NOT!I'm trying to lose that baby weight too...11 years later ...oh, hell...happy mother's day to us...it seems we're all here because of them anyway (and it was worth it) |

Hey everyone still around. Wanted to stop by and wish everyone a Happy Mother's Day. Jumping back on the LC wagon was eating a grain a day for awhile and weight is at a stand still. SO might try the carb cycling thing. Hope everyone has a wonderful relaxing day.

 I slept in and am banished downstairs while DH and the girls make my card.  Dinner with the whole in-law clan tonight ( at least it's a steak place,  ) then off to the Twins game with free tix courtesy of my work. MIL is keeping the girls overnight, so DH is hoping he'll get lucky. |

Happy Mother's Day Ladies!!!
Mine hasn't gotten off to a good start. Had a little spat with DH this morning. He's a little cranky so he's sleeping in (which is fine -- but he woke me up!!!). Anyway DD was here yesterday so she's not coming over today and DS and his girlfriend went to Mohegan Sun last night with a bunch of his cousins and friends by Limo (to celebrate his 21st birthday). They're not back yet. My Mom and Sister went to Atlantic City for the day. So I guess I'm on my own. I think I'm going to take myself out for brunch. Happy Birthday Riot!!!!  I hope you all have a great day!!!

Thanks guys. I predict bad things for tomorrow's weigh in as well, so I'm totally claiming this morning's weight of 158.0!
My plan didn't work out so well, things have been really really crappy lately. To the tune of divorce papers being drawn up. But I think it's on the mend, at least I hope. In the mean time, I buried my head into the stupid ice cream cake. Now I have a wicked headache, from my head hitting the cake so hard when I dove in. (OR... maybe it's from ALL THE SUGAR!!! )Anyway, I'm still in a real Debbie Downer kind of mood, so I'm gonna go have me a bubble bath. See you guys tomorrow!!!

and Ate too much garlic bread at dinner. Normally I can pass on the stuff, but it's fabulous at this place -- they cook it on the grill! Also having popcorn at the ballgame. So I am claiming today's weight of 215 even. Gonna have a hell of a carb hangover tomorrow, though. Have a good night, everyone. |

Morning. Damn dogs had to go out.
 Trying IF today with longer window. Right now I feel like a bloated moose. L: leftover pork, salad S: sunflower seeds D: not sure, maybe leftover steak if MIL sends it over. Z: sl cheesecake w/ sf jelly This last batch of cheesecake was really dry, maybe cuz I used 1 Tbsp liquid sweetner instead of 1 cup Davinci's? |
