Day one of being OP accomplished. So looking forward to starting fresh tomorrow. Have to get the whole consistency thing going. Exercise, even if its walking one mile, every day and staying clean.

It felt wrong not eating fruit, when they are so healthy and filing. It also with my insane sweet tooth......

I go to the clinic every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to be weighed and injected by the nursed. Every 3rd week they do blood tests, measurements, and you see the doctor.
