Candles, I can't see how 1400 calories could make you gain. Just about ANYBODY should be losing on 1400. I think it's just one of those stoopid fluctuations that happen. Don't get discouraged!!!

B: bacon slices, coffee with cream and splenda
L: bologna, provolone, mayo, and mustard on wheat tortilla
D: veggies; ranch dip; sausage and spinach
water

I really like the wheat tortillas and it doesn't seem to be affecting my weight loss, thank goodness! We are leaving for the beach on June 7th and I think I'm going to leave my scale at home. I was going to take it but now I think it would be good to go one week without weighing. I am obviously planning to stay OP the entire time but just want to see if I can stay away from weighing for one week without falling off the wagon lol!

Thanks Riot...I did promise myself last week to not get discouraged! This challenge hasn't been good to me. Even eating OP all but the blizzare and I've now returned to my weight at the beginning of this challenge. The next Challenge is MINE as long as I don't ruin it while on Vac. at the end

Oh totally, me too. I mean, I tone it down and dress pretty conservatively when I have to go to DD's school functions but any other time I'm all about my cute clothes and sundresses with big heels. I probably won't change that until I'm in my 50's. lol

Well it seems for the most part we're all in the same age bracket. Riot is the baby of the bunch. Maybe some day when we all reach goal we can have a Hot Mamas convention somewhere tropical.

Morning, ladies!

Finishing up a DVD for a coworker's surprise graduation party this afternoon. I took the day off because my aunt & uncle (from WA state) are coming in tonight to visit for the weekend. So I'm finishing up the video, picking up the cake and balloons, and heading in to work just for the party.

I think I'll open my window soon... I'm hungry! Just got out of the shower and I smell like a tropical salad, what with the coconut oil and fruity shampoo.

Have a good day, everyone. I'll try to check in later.

Hugs,
Jenn

I have been eating these and have no slow-down of weight loss. I think it actually really helps with the fiber issue....... After I eat one of these be sure to drink lots of water and your belly will be VERY FULL!

OK, if everyone wants to post a little message for the MIA's, I'll copy them into an email and send it to Twoods, Lexie, Oneyear, Emitch, Driveme, Iam and Peachy. Have it posted by this time tomorrow, and I'll send out the search party tomorrow evening!
