probably something high fat, that will satiate your hunger and get you through the rest of the night. Gotta love that fat.... well, except when it congregates in my ass

Hey ladies, I just thought I would drop by and say HI. It looks like everyone is doing very well. I have needed more help with my diet, so I have joined a weightloss clinic ~ Dr. Bernstein Diet Clinic, which does lowcarb......but medicailly supervised.

That sounds like fun to me! I miss you guys, but had to take a break! The Dr. Bernstein diet is lowfat, lowcarb.....so I`m not sure you girls will like it! My typicail menu looks like this;

Breakfast
Scrambled egg whites with mushrooms
Orange

Lunch
Vegtable salad, with Fat Free dressing
1 Piece of Low carb Bread

Supper
Chicken breast
Green Beans (no butter)
6 strawberries

Snack
Sugar free Jello
1TBSP of Fat free Cream Cheese (I put it on like icing! YUM)

I had gone all the way back to 224, I have been doing this plan for 11 days and have lost 12 pounds!

The diet is medicailly supervised.

on the 12 pounds!!Sorry you gained it back! I am stuggling with the same 5 pounds

I tend to eat lower fat most days, but then, I like bacon...but turkey bacon as good as any

we are missing many, some keep popping in, others...it's nice to see ya...I popped out for a little and was really struggling with if I wanted to continue...I finally decided that yes, I want to get this off...and keep it off!

welcome home!

FF these are so good!!! I like to add shrimp and green peppers and onions too...sometimes tomatoes. Thanks for reminding me of these. I was trying to think of something to have with LC Broccoli/Bacon salad and Veggie/Shrimp kabobs will be perfect this week-end!

Tammy good to hear from you again. Another thread had good reviews a few months ago about the plan you are following...hope you share any good tips you think might help us.

FF-I think you'll like it! It's alot of fun and you don't realize you're working out. We were at my DD's tonight and if you really want a work-out try the super hula-hoop challenge...crazy fun to watch someone do it and a heart pumping, sweaty work-out for the person doing it...major calorie burner!

good morning all. I'm super sore today. ds woke up way early today but i'm excited to get the day started.

I'm really happy for the 3 day weekend. I felt guilty yesterday when everyone was talking about working this weekend. I think I take being a SAHM for granted.
I just look forward to not having to wake up every morning rushing the kids off to school.

I'm not sure what exercise i will do today. I'm so sore from yesterday that i think an hour of the firm might kill me. I might try this walking machine at the gym today. It's really cool. When you walk on it it goes upwards and downwards. I not too sure what it's called. or i might jump on the bike. Oh, i know... maybe I'll take the kids for a bike ride. Oh, yeah they will love that.

Well, i hope everyone has a good low carb weekend. I know it's a holiday and all but thank goodness its an American grill weekend

Morning gals.

Tammy, nice to see you back on track.

And glad to see Pink posting a little more I'll be glad when mid Novemer rolls around!!

Menu Today:
B: sausage quiche
L: chicken soup
S: green beans
D: bunless burger on the grill!! (Well, I hope anyway)

I'm tired and sore today, too. I'm trying to pep talk myself into getting out of this bed and gettng dressed. I gotta take DD to ballet in a little bit, but all I really want to do is go back to sleep. I was smart and went grocery shopping yesterday afternoon, so no errands to run today.

I think I'll probably do the 3 mile dvd today. I can't believe I'm still like 50 miles away from where I should be. It seems like all I've done is walk for the last week and a half!! HEY! We're HALFWAY through our exercise and days OP mini goals!!!!!

OK, I really need to get up and shower. BBL!!

Welcome back Tammy!

We are suppose to go to the Softball Tournament today and then to the lake to meet up with friends tonight. It's raining Cat and Dogs so I think will just hang at home.

Good news is TOM has left the building, bad news is he left me an extra pound! I'm at 146 this am and was a 145 the day I started. I don't weight during!

Today's Menu:
L:Meatloaf & Cucumbers
S:LC Popsicle
D:????? Not sure now that we aren't going to BBQ at the Lake

Good Morning Ladies!!

I'm trying to get myself motivated to hit the yard. I woke up early but it's still a little chilly out!! The sun keeps disappearing. I haven't planned my menu for today yet either!! So far I had leftover chicken parm for breakfast. I drank 32 oz. of water and had a cup of coffee.

I have to hit the freezer and see what meat I'm making today. Hope everybody has a great day!!!

Welcome back Tammy!!! KUTGW!!

Ugh. I've been going through all my clothes the last few hours. Putting away winter clothes so I can take it to the storage unit, and throwing away tons of crap that I know I'll never wear again. I have 3 bags of clothes to throw away and my closets and dressers are still full. I have shopping issues. I really need to stop shopping. I'm dead tired now and I have no desire to work out but I know I gotta get in at least a mile today to keep up with our challenge.

Soooo not in the mood.

I just got finished with my 3 miles, FF you better not wimp out. And take your clothes to Goodwill or something, don't throw them away. Homeless peeps enjoy some Juicy threads too! Seriously, I never throw away clothes unless there's something wrong with them, like with my DD's clothes, she plays hard and stains them so they get tossed. I can tell you how to curb your shopping habit- cut your income by 2/3, and trust me, it'll take care of it right away. Worked for me!

hahahahahahah! yeah, the homeless peeps in my area are the best dressed for sure. I never throw my stuff in the garbage either, we have those clothing drop off bins all around town so I drop them off there. They keep moving them though which really ticks me off. I have to play Where's Waldo just to donate clothing. sheesh

Don't worry, I won't flake out on your with the exercise. I'll get it in tonight for sure. I mean, what's one mile? Anyone can do that right? Starting Tuesday though, I have to start kicking it up a notch. I think I'll do the park 4 at least 4 days a week so I can get my miles in again. And then I can do Curves in the morning on the other 3 days, or I can go in the afternoon.

well.... this is just my 2 cents, but you're pretty much caught up on mileage, maybe do the park like 2 or 3 days a week, and Curves 3 days, and take one day off, and just do like a mile on the tread? I just know if it were me walking 16 miles a week and doing Curves, I'd get burned out pretty quick. Like I'd want a day off, ya know? But then again, you are Super Exercise Girl.

Wow! I thought they only did that here!!! I always see those stupid bins but as soon as I clean out the closets I have to search for hours to find one. They move them all the time!!! I thought I was the only one who went through that!!!

Well the yard is getting done. I had to throw a fit about how I live with two adult men and I have to do all this by myself. So DH and DS hit the yard. They got alot done (and it's about time!!!!). I'm so glad -- when I first walked out there it was a little overwhelming. Not that my yard is huge or anything. Just so much stuff everywhere (which wasn't placed there by me). I swear if I lived alone -- my house and yard would be immaculate!!!

Yay for a clean yard Oneder!!!
Monday, I'm learning how to mow the lawn. No, I'm not going to bikini waxing school
I'm really gonna learn- we have 3 different kinds of lawn mowers, and I don't know how to operate any of them. And I'm gonna learn how to use the weedeater. I'm tired of always nagging DH to cut the grass. One less thing to fight about.
