So how did it go with the tea? Did you get more water in?

Yep, I drank my whole pitcher yesterday and I made another one this morning and I'm about half way through it. It's definitely the answer to getting my water intake up.

I am so glad that TOM has laid off me alittle today...LOL. I still am in the munchie mood but am staying in my 2-8 window and LC with the food choices. It's 3pm and I have ate my lunch and snack already! I'll be snacking on seeds for sure throught the rest of the day.

Okay here's my menu:

B - Heroin Chicken w/ spinach

L - Heroin Chicken w/ string beans & tomato

D - Cheese Omlette, Bacon??

I made chicken tenderloins instead of wings today. They're in the oven.

FYI - I found a yogurt dip at Costo that has cucumber, garlic and dill in it. It's amazing!!! I have to get some cucumbers to dip in it.

I never got to bake my almond cookies! Definitely this weekend. I'm planning to do yard work all weekend.

ETA: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes

In a weird way, it reminds me of the deep dish pizza. I think the crust is similar or something.

Oh yeah, I don't know if we have any smokers left in the group, but I found this interesting: Friends quit smoking? You probably will too - Addictions - MSNBC.com

I don't know if I ever mentioned it but about a month after I quit smoking, my little sister quit, and then after she quit, her DH quit too! She was like my "smoking buddy", as sad as that sounds. We always went out together to smoke.

Thanks Riot!

It looks soooo good. I'm definitely having it either for dinner tonight or tomorrow depending on whether or not I want to cook tonight or go out to make life easier on myself.

Alright, I'm off to see the doc. Be back this afternoon.

It is pretty good. I top mine with a little bit of shredded lettuce, sour cream and a few pieces of diced tomatoes. Next time I make it, though, I'm gonna cut back on some of the cheese- there's like a total of 20 oz or something I think in the whole thing. I will probably just use 8 instead of 16 oz of shredded cheese. That'll cut back the calories and the carbs

Anyway.... I'm going to do the 3 mile DVD tonight. Everyone still going strong on the exercise?

Morning, everyone.

Yesterday was hard work -- we cleared a gazillion little trees and shrubs out of an area about the size of a football field. 30 of us worked for 4 hours.

Needless to say I am very sore. Lots of bending and dragging small trees to the tree pile. A few scratches, but nothing serious. It was very rewarding when we got done and saw how much we'd cleared!

AND I stayed OP!

Today:
Sneaking off to Indy Jones movie so taking a long lunch -- DH is off today so we're going while the girls are at daycare.

Not sure about food... Opening my window at noon, unless I can hold out until after the movie and eat at 3. Hard part will be the popcorn. For some reason I love that stuff. I know it's gross and all, but...

Maybe we can stop at McD's or something on the way in. Hmm.

Good Morning Ladies

Just think, 2 days of work then finally 3 days of play! Whoot Woot!!
I ahhhhh, i have a question. I did not get my biking in last night. I know, I know.... but at 6 i got a call to watch the inlaws kids at 6:30 and i said ok. But i want to note that i cleaned the main floor yesterday, i washed about 7 loads of laundry, scrubbed kitchen and 2 bath floors. Swept them also, Vacuumed the living room and the steps. Did dishes, wiped all my cupboards down and removed all the chunks of food stuck to them and the dribbles of ketchup and milk off, cleaned out my fridge and i also mowed the lawn and did the trimming. Think any of that counts as a bit of exercise? If it helps put you over the edge of saying yes, i also got my hair done and cleaned crap off the puter yesterday morning! Ohhhhh and jumped for about 2 min. on the trampolene! Seriously that was all i could handle, they wanted to go to high, i think i would hit the ground harder now that i'm ......nevermind. But anyways, amazing how you feel like a whale when you get off and try to jump!

With this IF it is so true how you have no appetite, during the day, a glass of water takes care of any pangs or rumbles. I was so busy last night that the kids were wining that they were hungry and i looked at the clock and it was 7 p.m.. Whoops, forgot to eat! Good think left overs was on the menu and just had to reheat! Luv leftovers!

1g per tablespoon. It called Tzatziki Yogurt Dip (Greek Style). It's really good.
