jeep i'm so happy that you checked in. i was getting worried about you. we all have those bad days, or couple of days, or even a week sometimes....but the good news is you got back on track yesterday.. and good for you. we can't always have every day be a great day...cuz then we wouldn't know what a really good day was..
don't even weigh yourself at all for a couple of days. just walk right past that stupid scale and don't even think about it. your OP now and thats all that matters. btw ladies...thanks for all the advice about the wall and all. i need to stop at the store on the way home from working out and buy a magic eraser. if that doesn't work than i will just have to paint it. i wanted to change the color of my kitchen anyway. i just didn't want to change to highlighter green.

Whatever, I'm still struggling to get back to what I weighed on 2/15!! Seriously, at the end of red hot mamas, I was at 158! That was the last challenge that I didn't screw around. All through Spring and so far this challenge I've been screwing around, eating off plan way too much, not exercising. Hopefully I can end this challenge below 156

You will. You still have two more weigh-ins. It's impossible for you to not be below 156 by then. Who knows, maybe you'll have a whoosh and actually be in the 140's by the end of this challenge!

Oh, and at least we know how to maintain our weight now, even eating off plan here and there. So really, we haven't failed these last few months, we've just been practicing our maintenance skills so that when we get to our ideal weight we won't have to worry about gaining it all back.

OMG, I have been RAVENOUS the last few days. I'm not sure if it's from all the exercise, or what??!! No problem upping my carbs today, I'm currently wolfing down a second helping of the Taco Bake. I'm afraid to check my calories in Fitday now!!

I finished 3 miles earlier this evening and used the weights again. I don't know if I plan to do the 3 mile video every day but hopefully I'll get that in 4 days this week and then maybe do a mile or something else the other days. I don't know how on earth I will work out everyday until June 2nd but I'll give it the college effort!!

I got my 28 minutes of running in today. It almost killed me but i did it.
I'm super thirsty tonight. dh and I are going to try to do 25 sit ups tonight. we are going to try and increase 5 every night till vacation. hope everyone has a good night. |

I didn't get my running in today. I spent the night coming up with deep fried artichokes and batter. Will try to upload pics soon. Came out ok, using a combo of almond flour and Carbquik. Will try Parmesan again when I get some in again.

Evening ladies, just wanna say the concert was 2 hours and 15 minutes long. That is a bit ridiculous and i'm gonna complain in the morning. Every year it gets longer. My girls are an hour and 15 min. late to bed! Anyhoo, did one mile on tread and i have officially decided i hate my treadmill! Rather be outside!
