I like both, actually! I like having the one mile one, because it's easy. I already know that tomorrow that's the one I'll be doing. I did 4 miles yesterday, 3 today, and I'm beat! But I really enjoy the 3 mile one too. I'm gonna get a 2 mile one this week, so I'll have an in-between one.

I've been sleeping while you are all in, but I'm back on a regular schedule again. That overnight business is hard...especailly on the eating thing.
DD say's I don't eat enough and she is probably right. I lose my appetite on this WOE and I think that has affected my weight loss...and cheating doesn't help

wow...where is everyone?
I'm home now and I want to eat...so I've made SF cheesecake pudding w? cream and water...yes this tastes fine, I lived on this the first time I LC'd. I am also considering making a LC Iced chai latte or frappacino type thing...hmmm, I am bored and hungry and it's hellish hot outside so I'm not really into walking just yet, but will do so tonight. I am going to lift weights todaypheew, okay doneanywho...guess I better stop pondering the day and go live it

IDK where everyone is. FF and Jeep, neither one of them has been in today. Neither has zraik or oneder.

Me personally, I've been a lazy ass all afternoon. I was sort of productive this morning, I did my 3 miles and did a little bit of cleaning. I just got up off the couch from watching a movie. I made a grocery list and sent DH out shopping! I didn't wanna go through the whole getting dressed, makeup and hair thing. The drawback is that he'll inevitably forget a few things from the list. I'm hoping not, though I have to do some cooking for this week tonight, so everything on the list is imperative!!!

I'm trying to be productive...and I am. Just not in the way I need to be. I need to write a stupid paper for class and instead, I weed whacked the neighbor's yard.
The house is in foreclosure and it looks like crap. I want it to sell, so I'm trying to add some curb appeal...at least they won't be hitting the gas as quickand might hit the brakes. That is my hope...nothing like a hud to help the ole property value

I wonder where everyone's at...probby playing...I want to play...I don't want to work

Send a man to do ...(oh, no, not really womens work, just our work)...you never know what you're going to get. Since I started working Sunday's, my hubby shops...(after I have already done so, of course)...so we have all kinds of crap in the house. He'll buy anything, I swear!...and it's "I got such a great deal", but he usually pay's way for than I do

Hey - just checking in ! It's been a busy, busy weekend here but I got 3 miles in today and managed to lay out in the sun for a bit!

Menu:
B: coffee with cream and splenda
L: (cookout at church) hotdog (no bun) chili (beanless) cucumbers and ranch dip
D: leftover chili with onions
water

I was back up to 175 this morning but I had a ton of sodium and water yesterday so hopefully that was it. I hope I'm back down to 174 by weigh in tomorrow. Either way, at least I'm down and not up ! See you all tomorrow at the dreaded weigh in. I can't wait until it moves from Monday to Tuesday *sigh*

Oh, and I forgot to mention that I added weights to the walking today (1 pound a piece) and it felt great! I hope that will help tone my arms up more. I really liked the extra workout and plan to use them from now on.

I know she has a 4 mile one but I already have 2 dvd's and they are about $14.99 a piece and don't want to buy too many of them. That's why my plan is to just add a mile on to the end of the 3 mile at some point instead of buying a new dvd (at least until I get tired of it). I just don't like to spend tons on them if I can add or take away from them, etc.

Hi guys!! Just checkin' in. Been doing laundry all day, cleaned out the fridge, went to a street fair, went out for dinner w/DH.

Don't like street fair food so it was no problem. Ate at Outback. Steak and veggies so that was fine.

I haven't been able to start exercising yet. My knee is still not right. I'm afraid to make it worse. This really sucks. I'm going to have to give in and see a doctor if it doesn't get back to normal this week.

hello everyone. just checking in b4 i go bed.
i had the most unproductive day of my life. i had to work a brunch for a school thing. then we went to MIL house to eat ( She had pizza for everyone-i ate nothing) . then we went house hunting. after dh and i put the little ones to bed , i did the FIRM for 65 minutes. sometimes those tape are so darn confusing.
my whole house is in shambles but i guess thats what mondays are for. i always try to stay home on modays and get all my chores done and my weekly deprograming of the little ones. i swear sometimes when they are on the go all weekend by sunday night there like someone elses kids. jeesh!!!!

i just have to rant for a second. i am so flipping mad at my stupid scale. i have been stuck in the 140's for 44 days. i just want that scale to say 139 so bad. just once i just want it to say 139!!! i mean C"MON ALREADY!!!!!!

going to bed. hope everyone has a happy and healthy weigh in. ttyl!!

Good morning. Got my exercise done. I did the Power Mile, so if that's all I do today, at least I did one mile.

Today's Menu:
B: sausage Quiche, Broccoli
L: Chicken/ Veg Soup, Cauliflower
D: Taco Bake, Green Beans

I guess I'm happy with the weigh in. I got back down to just about where I was before my 3 day birthday cake celebration. Now hopefully with all the excercising I'm doing, I'll see that elusive 155 next week!

i guess i should be happy with my weigh in. i just wanted to see 139 so desperately. oh well. i have no plans for working out today. i just have to buss some serious @#$ and clean my house and pay my bills. i have to wait for the cable guy between the hours of 10-2. so i'm kinda stuck at home. i'm going to try to go to the gym after i feed the kidoes dinner.

Morning Kids!

Sorry, I was MIA yesterday. We had a super busy weekend and I didn't have a chance to breathe yesterday. I also didn't get a chance to workout yesterday so I blew my working out everyday for 17 days challenge.

I made the Heroin Wings last night and they were super yummy. I tried half with the butter and half with egg and I have to tell you they tasted exactly the same. The only difference is that the ones I made with egg stuck to the foil a little, so next time I'll spray PAM on the foil first and see if that helps.

Ok, whatEver!!!! I was at 174 earlier in the week. It's still 2 pounds but grrrrrrrrrrrr!! I HATE monday weigh ins lol!!

Riot - I wish I could maintain after eating ice cream cake for 3 days!!! Great job!
