Good morning girls!
I got my bike together last night, well i should say adjusted and got the new seat on it and rode for a bit. I have discovered i have no muscles. I think i made it maybe about a 3/4 of a mile down a soft gravel road. I thought i was gonna die. I don't think my girls were very impressed w/their mother. lmao

Oh well we will keep working on it.

Riot, seriously, that cheesecake tastes better every day it sits. Oh My!

I made it till 5:00 last night b4 i opened my window, but then i was ravenous and if you woulda had a finger a little to close i may have eaten it.

I'm gonna see if it gets better or i'm gonna move my window up earlier.

Okay, seriously disjointed day here. One of my dogs got bitten by something (spider? bee?) and her face is all puffy. This has happened before, so we know it's just an allergic-type reaction. Gave her 2 benadryl, and brought her in to work to keep an eye on her. Well, she's barked twice at people passing by my cube, so it's out to the car for her. I've got the windows all cracked a couple of inches, and a bowl of water, so hopefully she'll be fine for an hour until I can take her back home.

My manager did offer to let me take the rest of the day to stay home with her, so I might do that to make sure she's okay. I'll do another dose of benadryl in a couple of hours.

On the bright side, I'll be able to chat with you guys if I can get my neighbor's connection.

FF - I guess I liked it as well as I like anything that involves exercise lol! It wasn't bad - I think it will get better the more I do it though. That's how the 2 mile one was. Once I memorized the video it was easier...

My son is taking his written permit test today, i'm dying to know if he passed! Of course it's not cool to call mom so i probably won't know till 4 tonight when he get's home from school! I shoulda threatened to ground him from driving if he didn't call me by noon!!

Sorry Ladies for not posting. I have been working construction with my parents company for 2 weeks. Been working out of town and forgot my laptop.

So here we go:

Start 187

5/6 : 186.5

5/12 183.5

I guess all of the working has paid off. I have been so tired after working 10 hours aday in the Arizona sun is about equal to working out. I have been drinking a ton of water, however I know that I am not eating enough. I am home this week so Im going to try and work out this week.

I hope everyone is doing well and the pounds are falling off.

She seems better. We're home -- figured I'd give her more benadryl and stay next to her. I have a vet appt. at 4, but not sure if we'll go or if I'll cancel -- budget's tight, and if she's doing fine, why spend the $35, you know?

Snix, Geeeeez, if I'd passed my driving test, my mom would've known ASAP. Kids these days!

Tried a roast recipe from the recipe section somewhere... Best damn roast I've ever, ever done! :drool:

Made some horsey-mayo for the top... Mmmm, mmm, mmm.

Now if I could just stay outta the leftover garlic bread from Sunday's dinner.

THIS is why I don't bring home leftovers unless it's steak!

Take any cut roast, even the cheap ones (I used some round or another that was 2.89/lb).

Take meat out of fridge and let come to room temperature. Season (your choice).

Preheat oven to 500.

Put roast in at 475 at 5 minutes per pound for medium rare. (I used 3.5 min cuz we like rare).

After time is up, turn oven off but do NOT open the door or remove roast. Leave in there for 2-3 hours.

Presto, perfect roast! To reheat, cook at 350 for 20 minutes.

FF, I've since heard that Brody isn't getting his own show, and neither is JWahl. BUT.... I heard that MTV is thinking about picking up a Speidi show!! Supposedly it's like an all access reality show about their stoopid wedding.

Hey Candles - I did NOT go to the doctor for my knee. I know I should have but I know it would have been a production. The regular doctor would have sent me for an exray or mri. Then I would have had to wait for results and gone back to the doctor to get the results, etc., etc. I'm really bad about going to the doctor. But I woke up about two hours ago and my leg actually feels normal. I'm not favoring it at all!! It hit me about an hour after I woke up and I told hubby - wow my leg doesn't hurt!!! So I'm pretty sure I'm on the mend.

I can't wait to get back to Curves. I'm going to do three days a week for some Avon-Curves thing they're doing. It's only $30 for the month. I'm still waiting for them to open the new Curves in my neighborhood. I'm also going to try walk away the pounds dvd that everybody seems to be having luck with. I figure I can alternate.

Ugh. Who cares about their wedding anyhow? I can watch Heidi, but everytime Spencer comes on the screen I feel the sudden urge to hurl my remote at the tv.

I can't believe she turned down the job offer as project manager in Vegas just to go home with Spencer. That had to have been fake right? I mean, he's been wanting to get back together all season and she said no, no, no, and then she gets this job offer and she turns it down to get back with him? And she doesn't even call Brent to tell him that she's turning the job down? Doesn't make sense. Totally fake. I was one of the last few that was holding out hopes that the show was real...and I'm sure parts of it are, but stuff like that HAS to have been staged.

From what I understand, her whole job is fake. She supposedly doesn't even really work for Bolthouse, she just goes in every now and then to film scenes, whenever it's a convenient plot for MTV. I also heard Audrina's job with Sony was fake, just for the show.
